The stay here was excellent, the hygiene was impeccable, and Ms. Thy at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. I'll definitely be back many times! 😻😻

We absolutely loved it, the location is super! It's right in the city center, close to markets, shops, and the large GO! shopping mall. The riverfront and bridges are also nearby! The staff is incredibly friendly! There's a water cooler at reception with cold, hot, and warm drinking water! I think that's a huge plus! Also, for those who need it, there's a cozy smoking area with armchairs and tables. There's an elevator too! The room is very spacious, clean, bright, and comfortable, with everything you need! It has AC plus a huge ceiling fan! The windows face east, but there are blackout curtains if the sun bothers you. The photos show a kitchen with an electric stove, but there are no utensils, so you can't really cook. We enjoyed everything immensely, we'll definitely come back and recommend it to others!

The room received beautiful sunlight, which made my stay very pleasant. All the staff were friendly, making me feel comfortable. During my stay, other rooms were also quiet, creating an optimal environment for relaxation. The refrigerator and air conditioner worked satisfactorily, and being able to watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV was great for spending some leisure time.

The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to Han Market. Just note that it feels more like 15-20 minutes when walking in the midday sun. The room is clean and has a small kitchenette with a sink, dishes, an induction hob (didn't use), and a microwave (didn't use). As other reviews mentioned, there's definitely a peculiar smell in the room. I'm not sure if it's a moldy smell, as I haven't encountered that before, but it's somewhat similar to the river smell you get when walking along Han River. It doesn't seem like a drain smell, but it's definitely something distinct. It was a bit bothersome. I didn't see any mold in my room on the 5th floor. Airing out the room every morning didn't make it disappear. Other than that, the bed, furniture, and amenities felt new, as if the place had just opened. The sheets and towels seemed to have been washed but always had some persistent stains. Housekeeping started at 9 AM, and while there were a few minor annoyances if you set high standards, compared to the four other accommodations I stayed at (Hoi An, Hue, etc.), this one was the best, apart from the unique smell. If you are sensitive to smells, I'd recommend a different place. Also, the door let in all the light from the hallway, which was too bright, but when I complained, they said I could just turn it off. It was fine once I turned it off and went to sleep. I could hear light switch clicks and chairs being dragged from adjacent rooms, but no other major noise. Being close to the airport, I could hear night flights, but it was like white noise to me. I'm not very sensitive to anything but light when I sleep, but I thought I'd mention these points for anyone choosing accommodation.

There were bugs in the bed, so they moved me to a different room!

The hotel is great. It's located in a lively, bustling area, but it's set back within the buildings so it's quiet inside. There's a kitchen and cutlery available. The staff is attentive.
