사전 체크인과 지연 체크아웃에대해 청구요금을하루요금 28만원의 30%를 요구 했고 사전고지가 없었습니다 체크인 카운터가 존재 하지않고 청소인원도 없습니다 소통은 게속 번역기로해야되서 체크인했는데 방3개 전체가 청소안되서 먼지가 쌓였고 그냥 저희가 청소 도구 구매해서 청소했습니다 타올은 부족해서 빨아서 써야했고 이것도 그냥구매했습니다 충격적인건 수납장안에 쓰다남은 콘돔이 있었고 장롱은 땀쩔은 냄새나고 전자레인지는 음식물 썩은냄새 그리고 변기는 옆으로 물이 새고 잇어서 볼일을 볼려면 발에 게속오물이 묻어야했습니다 트러블이 발생한 계기가 체크아웃할때도 돈을 요구해서 드디어 화가 치솓아 터져버렸고 트립닷컴에 민원넣었는데 어떤식으로 처리해줄지 대기중입니다 트립닷컴의 마지막 통화가 호텔에서 연락을 안받고 있다고 했고 트립닷컴에서는 호텔이랑연락이 안된면 본인들이 해줄수 있는부분이 제한적이 다고했습니다 100만원 넘게 결제하고 제대로된 대우를 받았으면 합니다 다낭여행이 전반적으로 즐거웠으나 호텔때문에 마무리가 안좋았습니다
