Stayed here in 3 nights . The room is cleaned and spacious . You can enjoy River ( two bridges including the dragon bridge) from the unit . The staffs are friendly and helpful . Surprisingly it’s very cheap and really value for money . Highly recommend . Closer to airport and the beach too.

We stayed at Lavender Riverside Hotel for a week, and it truly felt like a home away from home. 💕 The location is peaceful and relaxing, right by the river — perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring Da Nang.
The staff were absolutely amazing — so nice, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Sala, Bao, Thuan, Duyen, Mi, Hanh, and Thao for making our trip unforgettable! 🥰 You always greeted us with warm smiles, helped us whenever we needed, and made us feel genuinely cared for.
Our room was cleaned every single day, and we truly appreciated the effort to keep everything neat and comfortable. The free breakfast was also delicious, with a nice variety that we looked forward to each morning. ☕🍳
What impressed us most is that the hotel is very affordable, yet the service they provide is truly outstanding — far beyond our expectations! My husband and I were both so touched by the warmth and hospitality of everyone here. 💖

Service was very good. They took the initiative to take your luggage once you got down from your taxi.
Location slightly out of the center of the downtown, so you might need a taxi to move around.

The lady at the reception was very kind to help us book train tickets from Da Nang to Hue. Picture shows view from the room. Hotel a bit dated, breakfast is ok.

The room is quite old but clean. Breakfast was basic. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is near the dragon bridge but not walkable.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were very nice, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is quite strategic—convenient for getting around and easy to call a Grab anytime. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again!
