Very friendly and helpful staff. If you plan for BaNa hill, do buy the tickets in the hotel reception. They provide free shuttle to and fro BaNa hill

Novotel services always at top tier. Staffs always ready to help, the room is clean and comfy. The food is great, choices a lot. They have many staffs always wear a friendly smile and ready to help. Walking distance to a lot of eateries, convenient market, mall and massage spa.

The hotel is located a little far from the busy business areas but that provides its advantage of quiteness. It is also close to the airport.

It was an absolute good decision to stay here. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed it a lot. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the view is beautiful. The best place to stuck during typhoon season in Vietnam

The people and the whole team here are the best. Their hospitality, helpfulness and warmness really win the hearts of everyone. It is remarkable. It was a home away from home and a place definitely to return to if I were to come to Da Nang again. Thank you so much to/for the whole team!

Novotel is probably the best hotel to stay in Da Nang. The rooms were modern with a beautiful view of the Han River from the balcony. The jetty for the river cruise is opposite the hotel. There is a nice trendy cafe called Katinat next door. They have a free shuttle to Bana hills and option to purchase an express pass for the cable car. Breakfast buffet was excellent and a special thanks to staff 'Thoa' and the kitchen crew for preparing something personal for us during our stay due to our dietary restrictions. Grab which is the Asian version of Uber was easily available. I will definitely stay here if in Da Nang again.

Very nice one bedroom suite, the balcony is big and looks to the river side, but location is little bit far away from downtown if by walking. But I will choose to stay again in the future.
