Great location & services. Easy to get pick up for most tours.

good location in da nang. the pool is really nice and breakfast buffet was decent. the tv in my room didn’t work and wifi was spotty. the staff are nice - they upgraded my room. but room could be cleaner and they don’t change sheets every day.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was under construction so we can’t comment on that, but the pool had a great view with lots of sunlight.

The staffs were especially friendly and helpful right from checking in to checking out. The room is spacious for an affordable price and kept very clean. The hotel is well located with peace and quiet and has good accessibility to good food and sight seeing places. Will recommend this hotel to friends and families to Da Nang.

Good place

The room is large, with a balcony, clean and sanitary, and in a good location, next to the sea and close to the airport. The service is thoughtful, and they will help with the suitcases, pass tea, etc., especially the breakfast is rich, delicious and special, and I am satisfied 👍🏻

When I signed the contract, it said that late check-out was possible as an event if you stay for multiple nights, so I booked another hotel and then moved. After checking in, I thought it would be possible, so I didn't even ask. The day before I checked out, I asked just in case, and they said no. They said it was only possible if there were rooms left. They said it wasn't possible because there were no rooms. Then I regretted choosing this hotel. I even changed my schedule because of this. So I was in a difficult situation, but fortunately, they allowed me to check out late. Most of the staff were friendly, and the breakfast wasn't as bad as I thought, but the breakfast on the second day was especially delicious~~ But there were so many ants..ㅜㅜ At first, I thought there were only one or two..but I didn't know where they came from, but they came so oftenㅜㅜ And they didn't let me hang my laundry on the veranda, so it was really inconvenient. Since we had to just hang them inside the room, they didn't dry well.. We have a lot of family members, and since we stayed for several days instead of consecutive nights, there were a lot of regrets. And the kids had fun playing in the pool, but when I came back, their fingers and toes were all covered in cutsㅜㅜ The kids were so busy playing that it wasn't even on the beach, so it was a total mess, which was really disappointing. There were a lot of life jackets with broken strings, so I wish they would have fixed it a bit. But it was really nice that I could walk to My Khe Beach from the hotel. Breakfast was included, and the price wasn't too expensive.. I want to go to Danang again next time, and I hope I can see the upgraded Aria then.

The hotel looks a bit old at first glance, but the facilities are well maintained and clean. The service is great and worth recommending. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. It is not far from the beach, and there are convenience stores, exchange points, various restaurants and massage parlors around, making life convenient. The spa next to it is worth recommending.

If you are not satisfied, you have to talk about the price first. For this price, this hotel is satisfactory. The service is absolutely good. The guy at the service desk is super warm and polite. If you have any problems, call the service desk and someone will come to solve it in a few minutes. It is clean and tidy. The room is tidy and the facilities are okay, maybe If you live on a high floor, the water pressure in the shower is a little lower. It takes about five minutes to walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's only ten minutes to the airport. At this price, this hotel is still satisfactory.
