It is located on the beach front. The room was large. Friendly staff. The pool is located on the 25th floor next to the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately we did not have good weather so could not enjoy the pool.

What we loved:
• Shower view of the water — amazing! 🚿🌊
• Fantastic water pressure 💧
• Bathrobes provided 🛍️
• Kind and welcoming check-in staff 🤗
Definitely get the SPA included room rate, we loved the Spa services everyday.
Areas for improvement:
• Housekeeping ignored DO NOT DISTURB sign and woke us early several times ⏰😠
• Room placement: requested highest, quiet floor but got 12th floor below spa 🏢⬇️
• Loud road noise and constant beeping day & night 🚗📢😱
• Poor soundproofing: could hear hallway conversations and footsteps clearly 🚶♂️👂
• Second balcony door left open 3 out of 4 days, causing humidity and noise disruptions 🌧️🔊
• Housekeeping only fixed balcony door after we asked on the final day ❌🛠️
Sheets were not changed at all; later we learned there is a special signaling method to request changes — not how a luxury hotel should operate 🧺🚫🔔
Better attention to privacy, noise, and room assignment would improve the overall stay.

Very good location, comfortable bed, unfortunately they offered the corner room. 1101 is the room with poor wifi connection.

From the tiniest detail to the comfort and caring service, this hotel is perfect!
Located across the street from the wonderful My Khe beach, and a 2 to 3-minute walk from lots of restaurants and bars. But make no mistake, you have to try the top floor restaurant, excellent food, great prices and even better service.
Ah the service! Seldom will you find a more courteous and caring staff. Everyone was so attentive and responsive to our needs. I can't wait to be back!
