The room is ok with the price and location is conveniently access to the eatery and to the beach. The bed was quite hard，which made it a bit uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep.

I could hear every sound from the hallway. There’s a window but only in the corridor. So its like your in a prison cell than a hotel. The telephone is for props its not working . Pictures from the website is totally different.

The hotel is very basic, but it’s comfortable and has a very good location close to the beach and nearby restaurants.

The photos on the website and the real room were totally different. The size was tiny and there was no window to the street, only to the corridor. I could hear every sound from the hallway as loud as it was made inside the room Staff just told me "we can't change anything, some of the rooms look similar to the photos, the others don't". I guess it's true because the previous time I stayed here (about a year ago) I had a good experience. So if you're lucky - you'll get a nice room, if you're not - you'll get something that feels more like a prison cell than a hotel. Personally I don't want to risk and I will not come back here

I have been staying at this hotel since the 29th of last month until today. Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and located in an excellent area close to everything. The overall atmosphere is great, and the two receptionists are always smiling and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, there are some issues that management should pay attention to because they negatively affected my stay: First: Since my arrival, I have only received bottled water once, on the first day. This is not acceptable, especially for a long stay. Second: There is a cleaning lady who works in the morning, but she shouts very loudly across the entire floor. This caused serious disturbance to guests. On several occasions, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Today, I even opened the door and politely asked her to work quietly, but she continued shouting. This happened around 8 AM. I believe the hotel should better supervise the housekeeping staff and respect guests’ comfort. Third: I lost my room key card on the third day after accidentally leaving it inside the room, and I had to pay 200k for a replacement. I find this amount extremely high. There was also another issue when my friend tried to extend his stay. He was unable to book online, and at the reception, he was asked to pay a higher price. This is unusual, as direct bookings are usually the same price or cheaper. Overall, this hotel has great potential to be much better if attention is given to these details and customer service is improved. Ps : 3 Star Only for Ladies in the reception

Everything was great, there was even a londri for only 20,000 dong. The staff was very helpful, they helped with a taxi.

Why did this hotel get so many good reviews? I stayed for three nights and could barely sleep. 1- The hotel asks for either a passport or a 200,000 deposit when booking. 2- The room I booked looked nothing like the pictures online; it was tiny and had no chair. I’ll share photos to show you. 3- The bedsheets were dirty and covered in hair. 4- The mattress protector was too small, leaving me directly on the mattress, which is unhygienic. 4- The pillows were so hard that they hurt my head. 5- The room itself was unclean, with half a centimeter of dust and old plastic bags under the bed. 6- Although the room has a window, it only overlooks the wall of another building. The noise level was unacceptable; even with the door and windows closed, it felt like they were open. 7- I had an early flight, but checking out took a long time because the night receptionist had to wake someone else to check the room. The noise and small size might be tolerable for some, but for 300₫ per night, I expect clean accommodations. I've stayed in hotels for 150₫ that were far better. On a positive note, the hotel is close to the beach, and I highly recommend a nearby laundry called Hani Laundry - Tiệm giặt sấy Hani.

Hotel was okay but glad I only booked 2 nights , there was a bad mouldy smell in the bed room, no windows there and the air conditioning would only work on cold hence had to keep it on to take away the smell, was so cold at night will no extra blanket, the air-con was set to 30 C but still only cold , had to sleep with my clothes on , big wet patch and mould on celing above the bed , otherwise it was okay , quite at night so good to sleep if not so cold.

Location is the best for being near the beach. Daily room cleaning service is also a good thing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay at the hotel when I come to Danang next time.

The place is nice and just close to the mini mart, coffee shop, spa services. We enjoyed stay here. It is suitable for family budget travel.

Valencial Hotel is a very budget-friendly option with a convenient location, making it easy to get around Da Nang. The receptionists were helpful and accommodating, which made the stay smoother. However, cleanliness could be improved—especially under the beds, which clearly needed a proper clean-up. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and don’t mind some minor housekeeping issues.

We’ve been just for 1 night, so it was quite nice choice. Awesome location – centre, but quiet street, close to everything, literally 5-7 min to the beach. Reception works great, the girl was very helpful and kind. However the level of cleanliness.. I suppose like everywhere in Asia. There was a lot of sand and dust, especially under the beds and it constantly spread everywhere in the room, that was the main concern. Generally room is big enough and good staying for the price.
