Valencia Da Nang Beach Hotel Reviews

The one I originally booked was a deluxe room with a window and I really liked it coz it's a big room with city view but the AC was not working so I asked the reception to move me to another room, at first she gave me the room with twin bed without a window and a very small room so I asked her again to transfer me to another one since I don't like a room without a window. Finally she gave me this spacious room with a king sized and a single bed however it was a little bit smelly but I do understand maybe they haven't cleaned it well yet since they're not expecting that someone will use it. A very hard mattress but what to expect, it's actually a good deal when you are traveling alone and when on a budget. They clean the room everyday and change towels so that's a plus. Overall, I would recommend this place to everybody.

Cheap price, complete room facilities, but a little small，

Location is very good. Other things are very bad, It’s 5am and the staff are very loud and knocking at doors and speaking very loudly, and they keep walking around(Its been 2 hours) they did that yesterday as well, It’s very disrespectful as some people who are easily disturbed or fragile sleepers like me won’t be able to sleep very well. Cleaniness is average.

All was good all the time. Very friendly stuff, there are parking lots under the reception floor. The beds were pretty tough though. Wifi was strong and good speed, actually were surprised with that, because in other hotels there were not all smooth with the internet.

I understand that not everyone will be satisfied with this stay but I got what I paid for. My room was cleaner than I expected, checked in almost 2h earlier, got my wish for high for granted, and paid a reasonable price for 4 nights. The girl staffs were very nice, the night staff is a big lacking with communication. The bed is normal for Vietnamese people and I had no problems sleeping on it, so don’t expect the same fluffy beds from western countries.

Hotel is close to the beach. Reception staff is helpful.

What I love about this is the location, its near the beach and food and spa areas.

Okay okay rooms. Line phone don't have a connect just dumy. Then no blanket. Air conditioner turn on night time.

Decent Budget option. Clean room, good location. Value for money.

The hotel staff are rude. When you call the hotel for assistance they answer phone and then instantly hang up the phone. I have an urgent situation and the staff are totally unhelpful.

Wonderful staff, very friendly! Highly recommended this hotel I came for just 2 nights but now on day 10 of stay and just booked more nights.
