It said 4 stars but room are not clean enough. My room did not have tv. It seemed they removed the tv and water boiler was broken. There is no window. I have never experienced hotel like it before. My flight delayed and I changed the date and they updated free of charge. No wonder why. There is no swimming pool as they said on the website. But staff is friendly.

5 min walk from mykhe beach. Hotel is quite good for the price, but you shouldn't expect luxury here. The bed was clean and comfortable.

In the second row by the sea, nearby food and supermarkets are relatively complete. The hotel service is pretty good, the front desk can speak a little Chinese, but the room facilities are a bit old.

“Ang” was great. Went out of his way to provide good recommendations and chat with us. Sea Castle had great people on staff, a clean room, a bigger than normal king size bed, and a quiet night sleep in the upper level of the building. I recommend them!

Get what you pay for. Had to pay up front for hotel. Paid by card no receipt. Then had to prove payment when challenged twice in the 4 days we were there. Room was clenish. Tv did not work. Toilet often did not refill properly. They only cleaned room twice during our stay. They then wanted to charge us for a stained towel. When all the towels and sheets were an off white. We refused there was no reason to suppose the towel would not come clean from some make up. But for less than a £10 a night cannot really expect much better.

Great for us,good budget hotel, room is adequate, with tea and coffee facilities, tv with loads of channels which you can get in both English and French. Not sure about other languages. You need to have your own shampoo,soap etc as there are only two dispenser bottles with a little liquid in which I wouldn’t fancy using. But hey what do you expect for roughly a tender a night. Staff helpful. Not much nearby in the way of shops but fair amount of supermarkets. If your fussy about food, both the Kangaroo bar and the Indian next door are excellent. A trip to the 3D museum is also worth a visit

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. What started out as a nice stay turned very bad. I arrived in Da Nang earlier than expected and the staff member working let me check in early with no extra fee to pay. As I was sleeping in my room around 11.30pm I got woken up with a knock on my door by a young teenager asking for money. He rudely asked for money and said “you have to pay”. He said I booked two nights and did not pay, however I booked one night and paid fully in advance. I showed the receipt and he left me alone. This was very rude and very confrontational, I was very shocked and disgusted by this behaviour. Upon checking out, this happened again where the staff tried to claim I was staying two nights which was not the case, I again showed my booking confirmation and payment details. It’s a lovely hotel with a comfortable bed, but please be careful if you are a solo traveller.
