There were problems with the light bulb and toilet in the room. The customer service was very good, responding quickly and solving the problem positively. Overall, the lighting in the room is dim, which I personally don't like, but it's acceptable.

The location is good, but there is a bar, so I slept poorly since I was at the bar. But the facilities were good.

Check-in was quick and the room was very large. Because it was the off-season, the room was very cost-effective. It only takes 10 minutes to reach Han Market, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the local large shopping mall Vincom Plaza Da Nang. The front desk staff were all very nice and eager to help me. The only drawback is that the water pressure in the shower head is a bit weak.
