The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach. Waking up to the sea view is amazing, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and overall, it offers great value for money. The only downside is that the bar across the street can be quite noisy at night, and you can hear it from your room.

Excellent hotel! It's right by My Khe Beach with decent sea views. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, it's very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. (The sea view is as pictured, but do note that Da Nang often experiences foggy and cloudy weather in winter, so catching a truly spectacular sea view can be a bit challenging.)

Facilities: Excellent. The room was very spacious with a beautiful sea view. The beach is right downstairs. Cleanliness: Good. Very clean. Environment: Good during the day, but it gets extremely noisy from 6-10 PM when the bar across the street starts playing loud music. We usually go out for dinner during that time to avoid it. Service: Excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, including pho.

Stayed for four nights. For the last night, my original room wasn't available, so I chose one with a smaller side window that offered a partial sea view. It was much quieter, but the room was noticeably smaller.

It’s was all good , a wee bit noisy at night but it didn’t faze me . Staff are fantastic

I had a truly wonderful stay at Maximilan Hotel and enjoyed every moment there. The location is excellent — very convenient, close to the beach and many cafes, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were amazing — very kind, polite, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Kieu Anh for her warm attitude, kindness, and outstanding assistance. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food, both local and international. Everything was fresh and tasty. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend Maximilan Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located just across the road from the beach. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. If I come back to Da Nang, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the beach and quite new. The breakfast is decent, and it's not too far from the airport. It's a small high-rise tower building, surrounded by other hotels, which seems to be the norm in the area. There are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a good choice.

A pleasant stay at maximilan with its superb location and sea facing views. The hotel is decent with amazing breakfast provided with the stay. Its food variety is wide and the food is delicious. My best experience was with relation guest officer Ms Kieu Anh whom served with her genuine heart and no expectation in return. She never failed to smile and checked in on your stay. When feedback was given, she took action immediately. Although they couldn’t solve the noisy hair dryer, her professionalism and customer service made our stay comfortable and taken care of. I selected the king sized room with bath tub and it’s huge with ample spaces. The hotel provides toiletries and bed room slippers. However the hotel feels a little dated and require upgrading with their fittings like toilet blinds which are mouldy and toilet hair dryer. As for housekeeping, id like to suggest more quality checks to be done. When we checked in on day 1, the room was also pretty dusty and sandy. Then when I flipped the blankets, I saw red ink stains on the blanket. Also some stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to change immediately and I also saw that the mattress protector was torn with a hole. So I’d suggest for the image if their hotel, they could upgrade their fittings.

I booked a sea-view room, which had a super beautiful view. The room was spacious, and it wasn't far from the night market and the airport. There are also many seafood restaurants nearby.
