I love this hotel in da Nang, is in a perfect central position just 5 minutes walking from the beach

Check in is 2pm, not 10am as stated on the trip.com itinerary. Why did they ask to see my reservation after I gave them my passport? Is there no database linking that information? It seems that my room was not renovated in 2023 as claimed on trip.com...it felt more like a 2016 room. Whilst the room was clean, the shower pressure was lacking and temperature was difficult to get right. There was a drainage smell coming from the drain. Breakfast was ok but not like the photos 😏 The dining room chair cushions could do with a clean. The gym is good and the pool looks great although I didn't swim. The staff were helpful and friendly.

They have upgraded since the above floor was on construction.

We only stayed 2 nights unfortunately in this lovely hotel. It was a last minute booking as the hotel we had booked wasn’t up to scratch. They upgraded us and were so pleasant. The room was magnificent and the amenities fantastic. Would recommend the Royal Lotus to everyone. 😁

The room is large, the breakfast is rich, and during the Spring Festival, you can see the New Year fireworks from the balcony. It is very close to the hotel beach. You can go for a walk every morning and enjoy the changes of the beach.

The hotel is old, the room facilities are average, the price/performance ratio is OK, and everything else is average.

The furniture in the room is already shabby. They moved our beds together, I moved the nightstand closer to the bed. There is trash and hair on the floor. There was cleaning, but the garbage was still there. At the baseboard. Food for 4. I always travel for my birthday. There was always a compliment from the hotel. Fruit, cake. Nothing here. Overall, the hotel is a 3- for me.. I definitely won’t come back here and won’t recommend it. For this price there are much better hotels in Da Nang.
