Seahorse Tropical Natalie Da Nang Hotel by Haviland

The service was absolutely fantastic, from the front desk staff to the gentleman who helped with our luggage. The room had a lovely vintage decor, and the balcony offered city views. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning, with only a fan available, and the water in the bathroom wasn't very hot.

The accommodation is budget-friendly with a great atmosphere and complete facilities. The location is perfect for walking, just a few minutes to the Han River, and there are many restaurants and snack stalls nearby. There's also a supermarket right next to the property. The service system is fantastic; the staff are kind, thoughtful, and always smiling, which made my trip perfect.

The hotel's location and value for money are both excellent. I absolutely loved the rooftop pool with its panoramic views of the entire city and the Han River; both the daytime and nighttime scenery were equally stunning. The hotel breakfast is definitely worth trying, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. A special thank you to TRUC, HA, TRAM, LONG, THUONG, UYEN, TUYEN, and DAN for making us feel so welcome. The room's location is absolutely fantastic, and the uncle downstairs is incredibly nice. BUT!! Definitely avoid the rooms with black furniture. The wooden furniture has a really strong, unpleasant smell, so much so that you'd need to sleep with the window open all night.

Great location! It's just a few minutes' walk to the Pink Church, and there are plenty of Korean-run spas and restaurants nearby. The staff were warm and provided excellent service. However, the air conditioner's outdoor unit in the room was very noisy, constantly producing a low-frequency hum, and the elevator was also quite loud.
