Room floor sticky, shower room curtain so dirty, bad attitude, come into my room without my permission luckily nothing missing, lobby aircon always off, breakfast option is less taste also not that good I’d rather eat out, hygiene really not good. Won’t back again. One thing not bad is the design only.

Room was bless, prices was nice too.
However i was charged 75k vnd for returning the bike at 531 instead of (pm charing) me a whole half day for 31 mins. Diabolical if you ask me lol, a nice touch would have been to not charge me for 31 mins. Apart from that minor thing my stay was pleasant. The staff where polite and respectful inwould recommend staying here. Im just a lil but hurt. I admit i returned the bike 31 mins after the agreed time in the contract lol

Very nice hotel. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights. Staff were very attentive to your requests. They had free shuttle to close by destinations. We booked a family room on the 8th floor and was very spacious and clean. 9th floor was the breakfast buffet so if you’re a late sleeper, don’t request on 8th floor because it is noisy from the moving chairs. Breakfast was okay and had different type of hot noodles every morning. Nice pool on the roof top. The bathroom had a bathtub for the stand up shower which is much better than most hotels that have the open shower area that would flood the whole bathroom. The hotel was far from beach and limited restaurants in walking distance.
