The location is good, especially if you want to stay near the river. It’s also close to local food spots and Vincom Mall. The night market is within walking distance, although it may feel a bit far, so taking a Grab bike is more convenient. However, the hot water was not hot enough, and the water pressure could be improved. You can also hear noise and voices from outside because the main door is quite thin. It would be better if the hotel upgraded to a more soundproof and higher-quality door.

Overall, the hotel had some good points: a spacious room, a bathtub, and a nice river view. Unfortunately, there were serious hygiene issues. In the first room there were many ants. After changing rooms, the second room had cockroaches, including under the bed and in the bathroom. Because of this, I had to check out early. The staff was polite and apologetic, but cleanliness was a major problem. Additionally, the location is quite inconvenient — far from shops, cafes, and main areas of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping kept it tidy every day, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The price is reasonable for the quality of service provided. I truly appreciated the professionalism and warm hospitality. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

We booked a day in advance, also contacted the hotel prior we land in Da Nang. The room was dirty and there are some leaking from the fridge, walls and the AC. The paint is already peeling off, and the white dust in the room seems to be coming from the putty or filler underneath, which is bad for my allergies. The telephone in the room is not connected so it’s difficult for us to communicate with them and we need to go down back in fourth from 10th floor, we were told that it will be connected in the morning however nothing happens. Overall experience is 5/10 as the girls in the reception are trying their best.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the bathroom was nice with reliable hot water, which made a big difference. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop - the view over the entire city is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise or sunset. The only downside is that there aren’t many shops nearby, so it’s a bit less convenient if you need something quickly. But overall, the experience was very positive, and I’d happily stay here again.

One of the good features of this hotel is a nicely decorated and comfortably furnished lobby area, for waiting or just relaxing. The wall pieces enhance the overall environment of the area, and they are cool things to look at and take pictures of. Also it is a good meeting place, either for delivery or reception.
