This hotel truly deserves every single star. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning interior and exterior design – every corner is beautifully crafted and photogenic. The room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed. I had some of the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff and the service. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and cozy, yet luxurious at the same time. It's the perfect balance of elegance and comfort. In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best 5-star hotels in the area – and I would even say it's one of the best I've ever visited. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay. Even though our booking stated a room without a window, it actually had a small patio, which allowed for incredibly bright natural light during the day, creating a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The mattress was soft and supportive, so we slept wonderfully at night ♥. Cara, the lovely lady at the front desk, was proactive and friendly in helping us check in. Seeing that I had a child with me, she even let me check in a bit early. The main highlight: the location is superb! It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and there are bubble tea shops, mini-marts, and delicious baguette shops all around *^_^*. The popular scooter rental place is also only about a ten-minute walk away, and there's a trendy noodle shop nearby with great food. There are two swimming pools, one on the first floor and one on the fourth. The breakfast was also very generous, offering fried rice, pasta, noodles, and baguettes. My child and I were both extremely satisfied with our stay here~

AC airflow not working well and has not been serviced and repaired.. first day it was noisy because of wedding party.

Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang is a genuinely stunning place to stay — beautifully designed throughout and incredibly Instagrammable, with photo-worthy corners everywhere you turn. The resort is impeccably clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide and varied spread with plenty of options to keep things interesting each morning. The standout for us, though, was the bar: the cocktails were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. As a couple, we couldn’t have asked for a more stylish and relaxing escape — highly recommended, and we’d happily return.

My impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in. After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink. In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed. During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay. In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

Nice place to stay. Affordable instagrammable place to stay. Friendly staff. Can come back to this place if have the chance to fly to Da nang in future. Breakfast for muslim travellers opted for vege meal . variety bread and fruits.

The breakfast is great! Room is clean, especially the bathtub. The design of the hotel is super instagrammable! But this is the very first hotel i stayed that only offer 2 bottles of mineral water per day, and if you require more you have to pay
