We booked a room and paid for the inclusion of motorcycle rental. The receptionist just denied this. Luckily trip were able to resolve but there was no willingness to help from the hotel. They didn’t even suggest somewhere that we could hire one. The staff just sit on TikTok all day. The pool was cold and the bar was always closed.

Good city hotel. Pretty quiet. Good bathroom. The kettle with tea & coffee in the room was nice to have.
The pillows were very old and smelly - asked the staff to replace them.
The absence of balcony was not very convenient.
But I guess it worths its price.

Bear in mind that the shuttle only stops at Terminal 1. If you are departing from Terminal 2, you need to either walk from T1 to T2 or take the transfer bus between
The staff were so lovely and I was able to walk to floriade. There is parking available and the hotel is very close to the roundabout to get you to the parliament district

- The dirtiest bed linen that you don’t even want to lie on
- The room, after cleaning, smelled of dirty rags
- TV not working
- No way to secure the shower, the holder is broken
- Zero understanding on the cost of the minibar
- Bonus, the pool is not working, although the hotel was chosen based on the criterion of having a pool
- Noise from the street, closing the window doesn’t help, since the windows in the corridor are constantly open, where people smoke (!) and you feel like you’re living on the street
- Further more interesting. The hotel was paid for for a week. Families with children arrived on Saturday, children were running around the corridors after 9 pm, and then continued at 5:40 am on Sunday. They ran around the floor and broke/knocked/belled on all the doors, their parents were smoking (!) in the hallway, everything smelled of cigarettes.
Plus there were constant errors with the magnetic card from the room.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is good, not far away there is an excellent beach, the view from the room is simply magnificent, both of the mountains and the sea. The air conditioning works well and there is a nice swimming pool on the roof. Of the minuses: the room had holes in the floor covered with a rug, the structure that was intended for the TV also fell off the ceiling and gave the impression that the room was destroyed. This did not affect the use of the number, but it was not pleasant to look at. There was a smell of dampness and some kind of odor in the bathtub, so we lived with the extractor hood constantly running. The tap also leaks when you use it, we asked at the reception, the master came and said that this could not be changed, so we lived with dripping water.
