Honestly I didn't expect the room to be so well equipped. Bonus point for the washing machine and the view! Room was clean and had a bit issue with the AC but Tam fixed the issue immediately. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Thanks Tam, Hoang, Thao and the old guy who took the night shift. Will sure be back.

i booked a king bed river side and what i get is totally different. Deep Smelly cigarette in room Communication with the hotel is difficult. Helpless No information any. Lift noisy though to the room. Light on the mirror bothering in the night. Feeling headache

Overall acceptable. Bigger room that other hotels of the same price. Comfortable bed. Nice bathtub. Just need a shower curtain to prevent water splashing everywhere in the bathroom. Bad thing was room had ants. We didn't dare to eat or even drink sweet drinks in the room. 总体可以接受。 房间比同价位的其他酒店更大。 舒适的床。 漂亮的浴缸。 只需要一个浴帘就可以防止浴室里的水溅得到处都是。 不好的是房间里有蚂蚁。 我们不敢在房间里吃饭或喝甜饮料。

I've come here many times, but the TV remote control is unresponsive and always frustrating. In the room I stayed in, for some reason the washing machine moved a lot! It would move forward on its own, as if walking. It moved three times during my two nights. It didn't matter if there was a lot of laundry or not, it would move even if there were only two pieces of laundry. At its worst, it moved all the way to the front door, and you could see the hose behind the washing machine. Also, to be more specific, the toilet paper was touching the wall directly, which was not hygienic. There was a kitchen, rice cooker, and washing machine, and the rooms facing the river on the fifth floor or higher had a nice view, but the facilities were so-so.

Good service, good location, clean room, good service staff, helpful, most importantly, the view is very beautiful. I will definitely go back to stay again.

The accommodation is new and clean. The receptionists are very nice. I highly recommend it. If I come again, I will stay here.
