24/7 front desk, nice service, have a luggage storage service early check-in or after check-out, have a elevator but the room, especially the walls, had yellow stains, and the bed wasn't very comfortable, but having two pillows per person was a plus.

Pros: Clean. All amenities are there. Staff is helpful. Good value. Cons: curtain was broken. Because the room is on the street it's very noisy. They asked for a review.

Housekeeping is on daily basis. Blind is not working and there are some defect in the room. Toilet is clean but there is no holder to put shower/shampoo.

Dont stay, No hot water, downgraded room. Had the audacity to ask for extra money despite being paid online and in advance. Cleaning also wasn't done well. Only positive was the location.

This hotel is located before the bridge in Da Nang (on the airport side). It is comfortable, and very nice. All the staff members are super polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay close to the airport, away from the nightlife in this city.

They kept me waiting 30 minutes to check my visa (official immigration stamp) with the police, the hotel and the room were dirty, the curtain in the room totally torn apart, the tv was broken, the shower was pretty dirty, some electric wires coming out of the wall in the bathroom…
