Customer service is good . Unfortunately we had bad experience in da nang but their staff helped a lot . They are really nice and kind too . Apar**ent was good too connected 2 rooms shared with my 4 friends with balcony its good if u r in vacation feel like home.

The hotel family room is very nice clean, brand new and comfortable. The location is also very easy to access to anywhere of danang eathier brach or river, city. I recommand this hotel for famuly trip.

乾淨的住宿，設備也新。每天都有房務人員提供打掃房間的服務；而且隔音還滿好的。
早餐簡單好吃，還附有新鮮果汁；大廳有小型咖啡廳與小泳池。
房間有簡易小廚房，但是我似乎沒有看到有提供任何烹煮器具，這點有點可惜。如果有提供烹飪器具方便長住的房客自己料理的話就很完美了。

세탁기를 사용할 수 있어 좋았어요. 여행가방 무게도 줄이고, 내 맘에 들도록 깔끔히 세탁 헹굼하고 방안 옷장 문 열고 널어 놓으면 하루밤 지나 에어컨에 잘 말라있어 좋았죠. 귀여운 게코, 처음 볼때는 당황 했는데, 다음날 호이안의 다른 리조트 발코니에서도 또 만나니 반가웠어요.
아침 6시반에서 10시정도까지만 조식을 제공해서, 점심이나 저녁은 배달시켜 먹었어요. 그랩 어플은 배달의 민족보다 잘 되어 있어서 이것저것 배달 시켜 먹는 재미가 있었죠. 룸까지는 못 온다고 1층에서 배달음식을 받았어요. 배달원이 영어로 말은 안되도, 영어로 간단히 문자하면 번역기를 쓰는지 영어로 잘 답해줘서 잘 받았어요.
수영장은 120이나 130정도의 물깊이. 초2 아들은 발이 안 닿는 정도 깊이. 그래도 애들은 재미나게 놀더라고요.
방 두개 connecting으로 연결해서 써도 왠만한 호텔 방 하나의 가격이었어요. 널찍하게 킹 사이즈 침대 두개에 화장실 두 세트. 전자렌지, 세탁기, 국그릇 접시 수저젓가락까지. 집에서 지내는 듯 편했어요. 바퀴벌레 하나 만나기는 했는데 덥고 습한 지역에서 문열어 두면 들어올 수 있는거라 이해하기로.

리뷰가 많이 없어서 걱정했지만 넘넘 만족했습니다 ㅠㅠ
1. 서비스가 너무너무 좋아요 일단 직원분들 너무 친절하세요.. 서비스는 5점 만점에 1000점입니다! 베트남 분들 대부분 친절한 것 같아요!
2. 4박 5일 묵으면서 벌레 한 마리도 못 봤어요.. 과일 손질하고 그랬는데도 벌레 안 꼬이고 청소도 넘 깨끗하게 잘 해주세요! 해외에서 물 쓰면 피부에 트러블 올라올 줄 알고 걱정했는데 물도 깨끗해서 피부 오히려 더 좋아진 것 같아요!
3. 수영장 물은 깨끗한 편이에요! 수영하면서 수영장 물 1L 정도 마셨는데 배탈도 안 나고 괜찮았습니다! 물놀이 하기도 좋아요! 사람도 별로 없고 물 깊이도 꽤 깊어서 재밌게 할 수 있을 것 같아요!
4. 조식 같은 경우는 늦잠 자서 못 먹었습니다..🥲
5. 새벽에 닭이 좀 울어요 ㅠㅠ 근데 시끄럽진 않아서 괜찮습니다!!
6. 물, 커피, 차는 공짜라고 했는데 나중에 보니 파란 뚜껑 물은 유료더라구요.. (20000동) 잘 확인해서 드세요!
7. 저희는 여자 4명이서 이용했어요! 미케비치 쪽이긴 하지만 좀 뒤쪽에 있어서 무서울 수 있어요! 하지만 직원분 24시간 상주해서 괜찮았습니다! 근데 오히려 번화가 쪽은 차 경적 소리 때문에 시끄러울 수도 있을 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ
만족했습니다! 4박 5일 동안 직원분들 고생 많으셨고 감사했습니다!
