Best Five Star Hotels in Da Nang

Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

The staff are very nice and polite, the food are great too. There are also many nice restaurants nearby The rooftop pool has a great view, and the beach is just next to the hotel and you can get there without a second

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

A very pleasant stay in the hotel, the view is great both day and night, overlooking the river and city. The staff are very friendly and always come with smiles and willing to help and provide information and advice. Will certainly stay again for my next trip!

Except hotel location is 5 star. All others are ranging from 3 to 4 star. Room is big but the TV is small. The toilet bowl need to fill water then can flash for a few occasions. Hair dryer button spoilt, need to contact service staff to change instead. Not a very good experience for our visit. Hopes they can improve further.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. This was the hotel where there was an error on description on trip.com there should have been a bath tub but there wasn’t . I ended up paying for an upgraded room with bathtub (I would not get the basic room unless you just want to be by the beach). It took forever and they never offered it to be complimentary. Trip.com paid for the difference . My big issue was how much time the hotel staff took (I paid for a 90 minute treatment at the spa and it still wasn’t handled by then). Paying the difference wasn’t a big deal for me but they didn’t offer me solutions - which was the issue and people on vacation value their time (especially if they are paying more for a 5 star hotel). If I didn’t pay for the upgraded room it would have never got handled. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star class hotel (4 star maybe). The corner suites are nice so that is what I would get if I were coming here . The spa is really nice too. Most other people love it here so take my review with a slight grain of salt.

I have a splendid stay at Whyndham Danang Golden Hotel from 26/12/23-30/12/23. The place was superbly clean and service staff was very attentive and caters to all our request eventhough languange was quite challenging. The view from my my room was magnificient. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Special thanks to Ms Thinh, who fetch us from the airport and also for her help for retrieving my nephew's medication from our room after we check out. We only realised the medication is missing when we reach the airport. She arranged to transport me back to the hotel and back again to airport. Thank you very very much. We truly appreciate your kind help and understanding. Kudos to you and the other staff too..

This stay went above and beyond my expectations. The facilities were really nice and there were many things to do and eat. The club lounge’s afternoon tea and happy hour food selection was great and changed each day so you weren’t eating the same things. All of the staff were attentive and kind. There are many loungers at the beach and you could order food there too. The room had amazing views and I loved the monkey theme throughout all the facilities.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!
