The sheets were not clean and the shampoo smelled strange, like an expired smell. It was supposed to be booked for five days, but I booked it for four days without paying attention. It's best to call me more than 3 pm and say that I check out late according to the time and need to add money. Although objectively nothing wrong, the service feels very average. Finally, I renewed the subscription for one day.

This is our first trip been to Viet Nam, Da Nang. The weather looks better than the day we arrive, therefore we had time to enjoy the pool in 26th floor, it really a great view with mountains and beach view. Our room is also sea view but we suprised with the view in the infinity pool. Breakfast was perfect but when we eat there are alot of guests around :＞＞ Anyway, everything was great and you might think about this place when you have chance to go to Danang. Me and my husband were super happy

The hotel is in a good location, opposite My Khe Beach, and it's convenient to take a taxi. Booked a sea view family room, open the curtains and you will see a super view. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the welcome drinks taste great. The hotel service staff are of good quality and speak fluent English. A small drawback is that the newly renovated hotel still has a bit of a smell. Judging from the hotel's price, the interior decoration is a bit simple and rough.

Altara Suits location is near the beach side and they have excellent apartments suits in which you can stay, the service is very good and the amenities in the room are excellent , it is also near from the street market so if you fancy a small walk it’s right around the corner.

The hotel is quite nice but the service is not really good especially in the restaurant at 4rd floor. I think the hotel was fully occupied during my stay. There are lots of guests during 0830 at the restaurant. The waiter checked my room number and let me go. I have to find a table by myself. The utensils were put inside a stainless baskets and we seemed like we are taking breakfast in the fast food shop. All crowded and the environment is completely not like a 5 star hotel. Very bad experience in these 2 days at breakfast time. But the choices are many, but not special. There is only 1 coffee machine in a restaurant which serve more than hundreds of guests. There is a coffee corner which provide coffee, latte but only VIP will be served. My friend asked for a latte made by a staff named Chinh ( maybe wrong spelling) but her reply was this was serve to VIP, not you and you could get your own by coffe machine. I really can't believe this is a 5 star hotel service. Besides of the Eatery restaurant, other facilities like sa, gym, swimming pool, sanua are quite nice to me. You have to go to the spa where provide good service at not expensive price, very beautiful environment and sea view. I think the management should improve their service and try to upgrade the service in the restaurant.

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

We love this small hotel - location, decorations, room, staffs and breakfast. It's a walking distance to My Che beach and good seafood restuarant (Moc). The room is big with a big balcony. If you look down from it, there's trash and not nice but just to sit there and look at the sky and receive December breeze, it's fine. Staffs are very nice, sincere and helpful. They are trying hard to keep good standard and i think they can do far well than other more expensive hotel we stayed during this Vietnam trip. The only reasons i didn't give 5 stars (and if there's 4 1/2 i would have chosen that) were that we would hope they also have a British or Continental breakfast as a choice, and that the family room had one king-size bed (6 feet) and a queen/single bed instead of 2 queen-size ones. The room is definitely big enough and sometimes 2 big persons love bigger bed!!

This is a very nice hotel that is cheap and close to Da Nang's beach. The photo is before check-out, so the beds are in disarray, but the location and environment are great. The staff can't speak English, but if you use Google Translate to translate Vietnamese, there will be no problem and they will respond kindly. The toilet and shower are separate, which is unusual in Vietnam, and there is plenty of hot water. I used the laundry service, which was cheaper than any Vietnamese hotel I've used at 25,000 VND, and it did a good job of washing. It's really convenient and close to the sea, so I plan to use it again when I come to Da Nang.

This is the accommodation chosen for a family trip to Da Nang. The location was close to My Khe Beach, and you could see My Khe Beach and part of Yeongheungsa Temple from the room window. In the end, I think it was good value for money. However, breakfast is included, but instead of a buffet, you can choose between rice noodles or eggs and a baguette. Room condition was very good. I am satisfied.

Wonderful stay at Mangata. The team really made me feel welcome and the front rooms are so beautiful on the beach, with an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was above average for this price level, with fresh hot food and omelettes made on request to the chef, a magnificent view of the beach on three sides. I am especially indebted for the booking team and managements’ flexibility after I had a change of dates. Their conduct was simply exemplary in dealing with this situation at short notice, something you’d never see in a comparable hotel in the western hemisphere.

I arrived late at night, but thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to check in and relax comfortably. I booked a room with two beds for a family of three, and the room had a slight view of the beach and was overall clean, so it was nice to spend a night with my child. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. It was well stocked with basic toothbrushes, cotton swabs, soap, etc., and the water tasted good. The breakfast food was simple and all delicious. Although the breakfast space is small, the time zone is wide, so there is no difficulty in using it. The staff are all friendly and proactive in providing guidance, so I was able to use it more comfortably. The currency exchange shop, wooden restaurant, fruit shop (Mimi), and Mike Beach are all within walking distance, and it is conveniently located in a good location where the cost of using Grab is low.

When I entered the lobby, it smelled like fresh flowers. The owner and wife lived on the first floor and were very friendly. The room is also big and tidy for the price. The bathroom was as neat as it was remodeled, and it was close to My Khe Beach, so I could walk barefoot on the beach every morning. It is recommended for those looking for a neat accommodation with a local atmosphere rather than a magnificent hotel. I came with my mom, and my mom loved it so much. I'm going to have a great time!

The room and the hotel looked like the photo. We had deliberately chosen a larger room without a balcony but with more space. The staff spoke a little English. It was clean. Everyone was super friendly. You can get to the beach quickly. The bathroom was very nice and it smelled very good. We immediately felt at home! On the beach you should walk a little further to the right - we liked it better there. We tried out a few cute cafes in the immediate vicinity. The restaurants in the area are more upscale and offer a lot of fish. With the Grab you can quickly get to the Dragon Bridge for around €2. - There seems to be a lot of construction going on everywhere in Danang at the moment, we saw a lot of construction sites and one right next to our hotel. It doesn't look nice and can also be quite loud (during the day). We didn't think it was a bad thing but it should be mentioned that there is no breakfast in the hotel. In general the house/room is just as soundproof as we experienced everywhere on our tour ;-) Small drawback: there are no bedside tables/wardrobes. You can see that in the photos, but we only really noticed it when there was no shelf next to the bed and the light switches and sockets were in other places.
