Radisson Hotels in Da Nang

This was the hotel where there was an error on description on trip.com there should have been a bath tub but there wasn’t . I ended up paying for an upgraded room with bathtub (I would not get the basic room unless you just want to be by the beach). It took forever and they never offered it to be complimentary. Trip.com paid for the difference . My big issue was how much time the hotel staff took (I paid for a 90 minute treatment at the spa and it still wasn’t handled by then). Paying the difference wasn’t a big deal for me but they didn’t offer me solutions - which was the issue and people on vacation value their time (especially if they are paying more for a 5 star hotel). If I didn’t pay for the upgraded room it would have never got handled. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star class hotel (4 star maybe). The corner suites are nice so that is what I would get if I were coming here . The spa is really nice too. Most other people love it here so take my review with a slight grain of salt.

This is a brand new Radisson hotel opened just about 1 month ago. If you order a grab from airport you won’t find the hotel on the map, just type in the address or set location manually ( next door hotels). My room felt like I was the first ever person stayed there. So cool! Everything was new. Bed was so big and comfortable. I got 20th floor with balcony having amazing view of the ocean. Stunning! It was so quiet during my stay as I was the only guest on the whole floor. The team is very friendly starting from check in and guys from the roof top bar and swimming pool were very attentive. Swimming pool on the 5th floor has a very nice view as well as very comfy beds and I was totally alone there during my 3days stay. Hotel has jacuzzi and sauna as well as gym. The only thing I was a bit disappointed is that it was supposed to be Buffett breakfast, but due to only few guests staying in hotel ( middle of September) they closed the restaurant and served breakfast a-la carte on the 25th floor in roof top bar. It would be good to get acknowledged somehow before booking. Anyway breakfast was pretty much enough for me- eggs, bacon, pastries and bread, fresh juice, coffee, muesli, yogurt, fruits. Overall it was very good experience and I ll definitely will stay again. The hotel itself is very stylish and even during the night walking along the beach you can see its red lights from the big distance. Also location is very quiet and nice without any beach bars, so the loud music is not disturbing at the nights ( unlike this at the central part of the beach) . Not so many places to eat around, but Grab is not a problem. Note: I booked on trip.com ocean view room, but somehow at check in it’s appeared it was booked through ******* and city view room. So please check on the receipt at check in which room you are given. I showed my booking at trip.com and guys replaced my room immediately for the ocean view.
