My husband & I stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han 4 nights & 5 days from May 28 to June 1st, 2023. Overall I would give a 3.0 rating for morning buffet. They had the new local specialty dish every morning. Other than that, other dishes are very limited, not too much selection. I would give them a 5+ for their customer service. We were looking for help to install a face shield for our helmet. Ngu-the name of the friendly bell-boy, who finished his shift and was ready to go home with his family. However, he was willing to help us got it done in 1.5 hour. Much appreciated for his assistance! I would give the hotel cleanness, room space & location a 5. I love the location of this hotel. It's a walking distance to amenities such as Han Market, Cho Con Market, the dragon bridge as well as many great local restaurants. The location is in the heart of Da Nang city. I would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel for your trip.

I really enjoyed the stay in Hilton Danang. The room was clean and have a good view of Han River where you can catch sunrise while in bed just looking out at the window. Breakfast was good. They serve very nice Vietnamese Iced Coffee and variety of Vietnamese & international food. Location wise was good too. Near to vincom plaza and walking distance to Han market & the pink cathedral.

Very good hotel for the price. It's kind of trying to be trendy, cosplaying Moxy and the likes. The only problem I encountered was the ventilation: there was a very unpleasant smell in the room. The staff changed the room quickly and were very helpful and apologetic. Staff is definitely fantastic here! Regarding the room, it was small and pretty barebones, but clean and had great panoramic windows. One very important thing missing was the kettle. Fridge, shower and and WiFi worked great.

The hotel is well run. Rooms are reasonably large and very clean. Many of the rooms offer a wonderful view of the city, including a view of the river. Service is excellent. Rates are great. Breakfast, included in the standard rate, is very good. The breakfast hall attendants are all well trained and they provide an excellent service, from the waiters to the young man behind the bar, who makes various kinds of coffee drinks. The hotel stands out in offering beers and bottled water daily for free. Even snacks are provided free. There is a small plate of fruits in the rooms that is replenished every day. The hotel has a small gym, which appeared reasonably appointed. Saunas are in each shower areas (Ladies and Gentlemen). A steam room is attached to the Ladies sauna. Check in was prompt and well handled. Check out was quick and simple. The hotel manager, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai (Mike) was extremely helpful. My wife and I had trouble with a Vietnam Airlines reservation. He took some time, contacted people in the Airlines office, and was able to rectify the trouble that we had. This non-hotel related service allowed us to cut down somewhat our air travel expenses. The hotel is located in the City Center (not a beach front hotel). Location is convenient. Other hotels in the same area include Hilton, Marriott and Novotel, and charge higher rates. The river bank, with the night activities, is within a short walking distance. The hotel is recommended to travelers. Overall value is fantastic. I enjoyed the facilities and the excellent service of the hotel staff.

Good location with beautiful river and dragon bridge view. Unfortunately the balcony in the room was inaccessible due to its size (can’t even step on it) and because it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was ok, with good variety but best to get there early as once something is gone it won’t be replaced. The staff was friendly and efficient, they surprised us with a small cake for our anniversary and allocated a room with a lovely view in a quiet floor as requested.

Although I booked my own Grab to move within the city, they were proactive to help me ask within their network, to double check for the correct destination. Especially on the last day, they helped me talk to the Grab driver, to ensure that I was driven to correct airport terminal for my flt. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel! Summary Location: Near Han market and lots of popular eateries within a 15mins walk Traveller’s note: On my 1st night, opposite the hotel, there was a local eatery which had a karaoke session which was very noisy. This was the only thing which I found was irritating. They did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotels. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. We come from gas station and waited at the gate for 15mins for him to come over and open the door. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family made a mistake extended 2 nights). The trash bin is full my mother have to empty it herself. In short, there is no-one there, it is all self-service! The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. All she did is telling us they are not wrong and we must made a mistake. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!

The hotel is very near the Han River and the Đà Nẵng Museum of Cham Sculpture. The museum displays approximately 300 sculptures, among which some are made from terracotta. The popular literature has represented the lingam as the male sex organ. Statues of Garuda, a legendary bird-like creature in Hindu, Buddhist and Jain mythology. In the evening, you can go to the Dragon bridge, walk on the bridge and across the river to the riverside park and night market.The dragon bridge has fire and water show runs at 9pm every Saturday and Sunday.The dragon head starts breathing fire after which it starts spitting water. The Tượng Cá Chép Hóa Rồng is also near the riverside park. It is a statue of a carp dragon (Chinese believes some special carps will change to dragons) weighing nearly 200 tons, was installed on the East bank of Han River, It attracts thousands of visitors every day to visit and take souvenir photos, especially good to watch the dragon fire show here.

Recently stayed here for 6 nights--part conference and part vacation--in a king suite. The room was lovely. I had my own fenced-in patio, a fireplace, and a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The best was the bathroom, large, recently renovated with walk-in shower and a sperate tub, and plenty of counter space with great lighting. A clean, nice bathroom goes a long way with me when rating a hotel. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. Checkin staff was friendly and professional. Parking was convenient in the garage directly below the hotel. I'll admit to being a bit annoyed when I heard it was $20 a day but ultimately I found this to be completely worth it given the convenience for parking downtown. Also, my room was literally 1 minute's walk to my convention at the Marriott hotel. So nice to duck back there in between sessions. I cannot wait to visit Monterey again and will absolutely stay again. I booked this via hotwire and believe I paid about $30 dollars a night less than the regular room rate.
