One of my best hotel experiences. The villa is fantastic, overlooking the sea and offers all the comforts you want starting with the private pool. Breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of all kinds of food and drink, really excellent quality. Very friendly and helpful staff. The overall environment of the new hotel is okay, but the service details need to be improved. I remember that I still didn’t wake up after nine o’clock the next morning, so the hotel called me to ask if I wanted breakfast! 😳I understand that the hotel wants to be enthusiastic about its customers, but this will affect their rest! continue to sleep Then, after 11 o'clock, the hotel called again to remind us to get our room card and refresh it. I got up again and ran to answer the phone (I had a room with a swimming pool, and the phone in the room was not beside the bed, but in the dining room, so I was very annoyed every time I answered the phone). There were some problems with this design and it was inconvenient. When I returned to the hotel after drinking in the early hours of the second night, I specifically called the front desk to tell me not to call me that night as I needed to sleep. I have a flight at 5pm and I need to delay check-out until 2pm! The front desk asked me to apply, but I said there was no problem, but please do not call the room before 12 o'clock! Unexpectedly, around 10 o'clock, the front desk called again and said that I could delay my check-out until 2 o'clock. I was a little unhappy for a moment! Because he disturbed my sleep again. 20 minutes later, I got up again and walked over to answer the phone. The hotel called again to see if the rental motorcycle key had been returned to the front desk. I had already left it at the front desk the day before. I was really angry! I understand the hotel's original intention to provide better services, but the service details need to be improved. Contact the replacement training team! This does not look like the management of a five-star hotel! Also, let’s talk about the room environment. The room is okay, but the design of many locations is unreasonable There is no trash can in the bathroom. The trash can is placed in the toilet, and the toilet paper is fixed at the very back. It is very inconvenient to take the paper. I just mentioned that the room type I stayed in did not have a phone beside the bed, which was inconvenient. The elevator looks like a freight elevator and is completely undecorated. This is the first time I've seen the lights in the lobby at night being white, not warm. It didn't look like a hotel last time. In general, the service is warm, but the details are not taken care of. Hope there will be changes next time!

I enjoyed almost service and facilities from delicious breakfast to room, pool, staffs,…Breakfast was tasty and many choices. And if you stay in Level room, you could order something more from exclusive menu. Our room was spacious, closed to pool side which is also really relaxing. Since I met Ms Ha Manager a lot during my stay, I would like to say a few words. She was very proactive and accommodating, asking my plan and arranged hotel car for that, also advised restaurants when we was going to eat outside. She went extra miles to make sure your stay wonderful. The hotel location is between Danang and Hoian, not far distance. We did enjoyed a great time, even my husband wanted to change the flight and extend the stay here. I am planning to visit this place next trip and bring my family here. Definitely!

This is one of the best resorts on Da Nang coast line. The private beach is clean and beautiful. The facilities are top notch and the villas are amazing. The celing height is more than 12 feet which makes the villa airy. The private pool is the USP of this place. The water body running through the property is a nice touch. The best part is that the golf karts are easily available. Highly recommended for people travelling in groups. Only demerit is that the location is a bit away from main town. P.S. This place is a favorite among tourist from south korea.

Stayed for a week at the end of July. Having the beach at our doorstep was incredible. Some days, the waves and currents were too strong and swimming was not allowed. Be sure to check out the sunrise and get to the beach 30 mins before to witness a spectacular sight.

At first, I didn't expect much because I let my husband pick a hotel for the family trip(He's so stingy!) But then, I was pleasantly surprised by how good Olalani was. Even my kids loved the swimming pools so much I had to drag them back at closing time... The view from our room was fantastic especially in the morning with the sounds of wild birds, sea waves outside the window. On our 3rd day, I had to wake up early and went to the private beach to watch the sun rise because it's that good. I even saw some fishermen working so early too. The resort's spa is right on the beach so I went there after hearing the other family staying next to us talk about how much they enjoyed it. I ended up booking a massage session everyday while my husband's playing with the kid! Finally, on the 4th day, even though nobody mentioned it was my birthday to the resort, there was a cake and decorations in our room when we got back from the swimming pools. I was very touched. Overall, it was a very sastifying 1-week stay. My son's been asking me when we'd be going back to Da Nang. I hope you will take care of our family again this June!

Tia Wellness Resort was one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. The staff are incredibly professional and attentive, the villas beautifully and luxuriously appointed, the breakfast incredible (the buffet was one of the best I've ever seen, highly recommend the Sesame Salmon, and the pastries were so delicious), and the in-room breakfast, the next best thing if you're after a sleep in. The included massage treatments were just what we needed, with professional therapists for all kinds of treatments and the pool area perfect for switching off. The resort is around 10mins walk to a mini-mart, if you want to get provisions (as prices on simple things are quite high at the resort). There's free bottled springwater everywhere in the resort as well as complimentary wellness snacks which are replaced every day in your room. Whole some people complained about the resort being far from town, taxis are quick, safe and cheap (65k VND each way). We'll definitely come back, as this was the perfect way to decompress after four days in Hoi An. The only thing that would have been great, is capacity to stream from our own devices to the TV in the room (HDMI access or mirroring). This seems petty in the scheme of things, but for a luxury resort where you pay a premium, it would have been amazing to be able to watch a film together in the evenings. Thanks Tia team, we'll be back!
