Tru By Hilton Properties in Da Nang

I stayed at Tru by Hilton for 6 nights and overall had a very positive experience. The room design is modern, compact, and very functional. Even though the room is small, everything is well organized and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the space felt bright and pleasant. I also liked the wide corridors — it makes the hotel feel more spacious. The location is great, close to the river, and the view from my room was beautiful, overlooking the city and nearby hotels. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made communication easy. When I had an issue with my initial room not matching the booked category, they handled it and changed my room the next day, which I really appreciated. Breakfast is simple but good enough, and the laundry — it’s very convenient that you can use it anytime. Overall, this is one of the few hotels I would actually return to. I would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness of the floors (bathroom and room) could be improved: there were lots of long black hairs… Otherwise, it's very modern, brand new, and the staff are super helpful: the manager himself arranged my complicated trip without even charging a commission!
