The front desk service attitude is very, very, very good. It is very close to the city and Nenjiang Bay Wetland Park. Taking a taxi is also very convenient and fast. Next time I come, I will choose this hotel. Service It's great. I left early in the morning and got free breakfast. They also served breakfast in advance! That's great!

To deceive consumers, the front desk called me at 11:44 and asked me if I wanted to renew my room. The phone clearly told the front desk that I had to renew my room because I slept late and was still very sleepy, so I woke up and went to renew. Then at 14:30 in the afternoon, I went downstairs to apply for room renewal. I was told that there was no room left and I couldn't renew. They asked me to become a member. I was asked to pay 200 for a room originally priced at 183. Hi! Didn't you tell me there was no room? At that time, I checked on Ctrip and Tongcheng that the rooms were sold out and I could not place an order. After I paid the room fee and went upstairs to check, I could place an order again. It showed that there were 5 rooms left.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The service is great and warm. I was given lemon tea as soon as I arrived. The room is also very clean and comfortable. I especially like the conditioner and shampoo provided by their hotel, as well as the free washing machine and dryer. The dryer is very useful, the buffet breakfast is good, the location is close to the city and the Wetland Park, and there is freshly ground coffee☕️. I will stay here next time!
