They were terrible about us canceling the reservation. We were not able to get to Georgia because of our flights being canceled and they did not care. Do not recommend.

The staff are very nice and friendly, the place is clean and maintained. The location is great in relevance to the attractions we were visiting. The pool was closed because it is November. My grandchildren & I had a wonderful time & if we get back this way again, we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping helped us when our key card stopped working.

Room with double beds has the sink outside of the bathroom - bathroom is slightly larger then a porta potty - the continental breakfast was very bad as it had bread, bagel, box cereal and drinks which the orange juice was bad/old during my stay - hardly any channels - they have a "bullet-proof type" window at front office so at night time, its the only way to communicate with their staff so it leaves a questionable empression from the start. Stay at the hotel next door to this one - i think its called Comfort Suite - much nicer.

I never spent on this hotel and I need my refund money as soon as possible. I got proof that I didn’t spend the night over there. For a mistake your assistant sent me to these days in when I didn’t request it.
