Fire distinguisher on each floor. Security guard and cameras on premises. Lounge, BBQ grill and Laundry room on the rooftop. The space This studio has a sofabed in the living room for a 3rd person. A separate dining room., a big balcony. Kitchen has a fridge, a stove, pots, microwave, coffee machine, a kettle, rice cooker, plates and other kitchen utensils. Linen and towels will be provided.
