Def not a 4 star, maybe once upon a time. The hotel is in poor condition, we did not have hot water most of our stay. There was also construction which made it difficult to get in and out and walk around. They had a lot of tour buses full of kids so it was so noisy late into the night as they were running around the hallways screaming. The TV also did not work.

The downtown night market is close and transportation is very good. Hotel condition is good value for money. I will book again the next time I visit.

The hotel is located in the center, convenient for going out, the room has air conditioning, ok wifi, cheap price, good breakfast but a bit limited. Will stay here next time.

There is a concert hall right next to the hotel, so I sang from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and I felt like I was going to die. You can hear the thump from the hotel to the entrance of the night market, which is about 700 meters away. How loud must the typical Vietnamese song thump next to you 50 meters from the hotel? I'm tired of listening to the babbling Vietnamese songs. I don't think this venue will ever move, so don't ever go to this hotel. The staff is friendly, but it was nice to be able to use it comfortably when you ask the hotel to call a taxi. It was right next to the lake, so the view was nice. Breakfast is very disappointing

The hotel is clean and staff are nice but it is not worth the cost. It is run down and things are broken. I had to ask to move rooms due to being placed into a room with construction workers outside my window. They moved us instantly but the room condition isn’t good.
