I booked this hotel because I wanted to experience the night market view. Mr. Pham Phu Dong checked me in. I asked for a room with a great view and they gave me one with a panoramic view. The view was so amazing that pictures don't do it justice. Maybe I was lucky, but my room and bathroom were also very clean. My family are heavy sleepers, so a little noise wasn't a problem for us. We expected it to be noisy since it's right in front of the main night market square, so it was actually fine. Plus, the beautiful view made us overlook the noise. We might have also been very tired. I even wondered if the shower filter had changed. It wasn't as bad as some reviews suggested. However, the breakfast rumors were true 😂😅. There was nothing really worth eating. You'd be better off taking a Grab to get some delicious food and then starting your day. Dalat has so many amazing food options! The best thing at breakfast was the fruit juice. It was a passion fruit juice, so delicious I wanted to buy some. I asked, and they said it's made with real fruit... no wonder it tasted so different from what you get elsewhere! 👍🏻👍🏻 So, I think we had at least 5 glasses of passion fruit juice for breakfast. 👍🏻👍🏻 It was also great that it was close not only to the night market but also to the traditional market. The traditional market really changes from morning to afternoon. In the morning, where vegetables were sold, you could find clothes or accessories later, and they also seemed to sell simple porridge and noodles. Make sure to visit the traditional market side, not just the night market. Every alley truly gives off that authentic Vietnamese Dalat vibe. Finally, a big thank you to Mr. Pham Phu Dong 😊 for helping us create wonderful memories of Dalat in such a fantastic panoramic view room. Thank you, and I wish you good health always.

The room was dusty, especially on light switches and sockets. It was very noisy at night, those who sleep lightly should choose another hotel. The staff don't speak English very well, although that's probably wrong in a tourist town. The breakfast wasn't the most delicious, and it was very meager. If the room was half the price, it would be fine. But for that price, see other hotel

This hotel is located right next to the night market, which is super convenient for getting around. The place is clean, and the food was delicious and suited my family's taste perfectly. The staff are all incredibly sweet, the security guards are helpful, and the front desk team is cheerful. Overall, everyone, this hotel is really great! My family and I will definitely be back next time. Thanks to Trip.com and thanks to all the staff at the hotel!

Great location, but the staff wasn't very helpful due to the large number of guests.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient and close to many places, and the breakfast selection was quite complete with many options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, the female receptionist was not very friendly and seemed less welcoming during check-in. I hope the hotel can improve the hospitality service in the future.

Such a great location next to the night market; however, it's a bit noisy for light sleepers. Many coffee shops in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk to the beautiful lake in Dalat.

Probably the best hotel in Da Lat in terms of location. Some hotels can be a bit noisy at night.

Everything is good only except it is noisy till 1130pm, the bar opposite is open concept. Breakfast spread wasn't that fantastic, too. Not recommended for family with very young children.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I booked a Double Suite for my parents, who are in their 50s, for just one night as they were checking out early the next morning. I specifically requested a quiet room, but they were given room 310, right next to the housekeepers' work area. The laundry noise at night was unbearable, and my parents couldn't get any sleep. The view from room 310, as shown in the picture I've attached, is nothing short of a drainage ditch, isn't it? And to top it off, dogs were barking loudly all night. Perhaps customers who book a lower-tier room like mine aren't valued by the hotel? Because after this experience, the hotel's outward appearance and good reviews seem completely inaccurate. When my mother asked to change rooms, she was told that it was the correct room and no other rooms were available. Was this because I booked with a promotion, and they decided to treat my family this way? When my mother complained to the manager, she was told they would change rooms the next day. But what's the point when they knew from the beginning that my parents were only staying one night, yet they assigned such a terrible room? They knew that room was next to the laundry area, yet they still put my parents there!!! The buffet food was also not as advertised. It was mostly just soup and porridge, and the bun bo only had a few slices of meat with no other meat options.

The service here is excellent! The breakfast is delicious! I'll definitely come back again!
