Reviews of Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

The characteristics are obvious, the Versailles of Vietnam! Compared with the French cuisine at the Sofitel Panlong Restaurant in Hanoi, the French cuisine at the Dalat Palace is more traditional!

The hotel is a French hotel built in 1922. It has a strong sense of history and is much better than some new hotels. Although the facilities are a bit old, the breakfast is good!

The hotel staff smiled and said, "Welcome gift" and gave me chocolates. When I checked out, I didn't return the box of chocolates and they charged me!!!! What a mess. I couldn't go back and pick it up after throwing it in the trash... I thought it was a tip and checked out.

Nice hotel & lovely staff, clean rooms but the furniture is a bit old. But still nice & will come back

The ancient French palace building has a large balcony this time. The room is old but not old-fashioned. It is clean and magnificent. Just look at the front 🛳Xuanxiang Lake and mountain view. The experience is great👍

The location here is truly everything! Go to the night market on foot Take a walk by the lake There are also good restaurants nearby. The bellman was impressive. He is quick-witted and kind. In this hotel with a lot of stairs I have never heard of Carrie in person. The tip is not a waste at all. Afternoon tea in the outdoor garden It was the best memory of this trip. I want to go again just because of this. Choose a room with a lake view! Also, preferably toward the center of the building. Dalat wakes up and sleeps around me. You can experience it!

It was a classic French-style hotel, and there were many beautiful paintings, like an art gallery. They also upgraded me, so I had a comfortable stay. It was a hotel with kindness and beautiful smiles.

Even though I haven't been to Europe, I feel like I've traveled there. The hotel is classic and really nice. I feel like I'm in Versailles, France.

They say it was used as a palace by nobles during the French colonial period. The antiques are so pretty and luxurious as they are 100 years old. The place to drink afternoon tea and eat breakfast were very pretty, and the tea was especially delicious, so I bought it. However, there is no elevator;; (Please carry all your luggage with you) and the toilet etc. feels very old. The room ceiling is high so it feels a bit empty, but you can see the lake right in front and it's great for a walk! However, it was difficult because the counter and massage shop staff did not speak English.😂
