Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Beautiful and cozy hotel, the room was big enough for two persons, we had a very beautiful window and a balcony with a great view. The staff is friendly. One disadvantage is that the drain in the bathroom worked poorly.

Is this a 3 or 4 star hotel? Not really. But in terms of value for money, it can’t really be beat. Location is great, just outside of the city center and a quick 10-15 min walk to the central area, plus right down the street from the Crazy House. Things are clean, but the hotel definitely shows its age. Walls in the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and floors are uneven. The sound also carries quite a bit - hallway and elevator noise comes straight through the door, plus thin walls between rooms. In general, this is not an issue for sleeping if you bring ear plugs, but is just something to be aware of. For me, all of the above are things to point out so you can be fully informed when booking. At the price I paid (about $15 USD per night), none of this bothered me.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! The hotel staff will carry your suitcase to your room. They also provide explanations on how to use the room facilities. I was assigned to the 3rd floor, and the room and bathroom had large windows and doors. You can see a panoramic view and the feeling of openness is the best. Highly recommended for those who like big windows! I can hear the gusts of wind and the sound of roosters crowing at dawn. (Please note this if you are sensitive to sound) Since it's newly built, it's clean and especially has a view of the restaurant where you eat breakfast. It's the best!!! Open on three sides! The rice noodles were also very delicious. Especially the chicken! Fruits such as mango and dragon fruit are also fresh. It would be great if you want to relax while eating breakfast ^^

The environment is very good, far away from the hustle and bustle of Dalat city; the facilities are a bit old

In the center of the villa, it is quite quiet at the beginning of the road there is a police station, so it is very reassuring to park the car on the road. I went with my girlfriend, so I chose the honeymoon setup package and was well prepared by the hotel from Da Lat red wine and super cute cakebox, romantic decorated room. The hotel has enough car rental services, BBQ, restaurant for guests, it's raining, so I can't eat outside, so I only experience a few meals at the hotel. Service is very ok, the male receptionists are quite attentive. Will come back if I come to Da Lat!!

This hotel is amazing! The room was very spacious and everything inside the room was brand new. The TV was 55 inch. The room was clean but I did find some hair on the floor from the previous guests.

This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.
