Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery. Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok. Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby. Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers.

We chose this hotel because the location is amazing. Our room is facing erhai lake. We can see sunset and sunrise every day. Next to this hotel there's a restaurant that we like and not far from it there's a delicious Thai restaurant. You can walk along the road and enjoy the lake and mountain view. The downside is this hotel does not come with a pool and almost no one can speak or understand English.

Although the surrounding parking spaces are limited, the hotel still tries its best to meet our parking needs, so that we don't need to worry about parking problems. Travel with big families and lucky to choose the pullman hotel which has convenient locations, accessible to most of the attractions near the erhai lake. The hotel is very new with fabulous lake view to enjoy the erhai and also xing sheng bridge . We dined in twice for dinner at level 5 grand Chinese restaurant. The food quality is above average and price reasonable with additional 10% off for hotel guests.

Very good location 5 minutes walk to main area. Very good service by housekeeper xiao hao. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast, tea time and night dessert is great. Very easy accessible. We enjoyed our time here. They have transport service to pick you up at the main road and also sending you to nearby places. Highly recommended.

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

A piece of pure land in the busy city, the garden-style design gives me a feeling of peace, comfort and ease of home! From landing in Dali to the hotel, everything was very well arranged. We arranged for a business car to be picked up at the intersection of the hotel. We also had a butler at the intersection to help take the luggage to the room. We also arranged breakfast and afternoon tea. The service was very good and the breakfast was very rich. In the evening There is also sweet soup! My first choice when coming to Dali from now on is the countryside!

This hotel is a relaxing oasis just off the bustling streets of the ancient town. The location was perfect to walk everywhere and the hotel itself was really lovely, homely and uniquely laid out, all the rooms seemed to be a little different and had their own delightful particularities. The owners were super helpful and accommodating, even giving us a free room upgrade (comfiest bed I’ve slept in in a while!) and helping out with finding us places to covid test and answering any questions we had about the town. We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the pool because the atmosphere was so relaxing and we even made friends with the hotel dog ‘General’. A great place to experience Dali from!
