The courtyard environment is lovely, and the rooms are very clean. The front desk staff, a young man, was warm and thoughtful. To help us enjoy the views of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, he even upgraded our room for free. Now, with the curtains open, we have a beautiful view! Their food is also delicious. The young man's service was fantastic; he even froze the fish we bought for us free of charge and helped us arrange shipping.

The terrace of the B&B is a treasure. It is very close to Erhai Lake. The location is fantastic, right by the sea and within easy walking distance to Shuanglang Ancient Town. We didn't arrive until almost 11 PM, but the host was waiting for us and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Their service was truly outstanding.

Our first stop in Dali, Yunnan, was Shuanglang. We took a bus from Dali to the entrance of Shuanglang Ancient Town. First point of satisfaction: I couldn't find the restaurant, so I called the store. Two people came to pick us up and helped carry our luggage all the way to the hotel. Excellent service. Second point of satisfaction: I bought something from Taobao at the Shuanglang Post Station, which is over 800 meters away from the hotel. I originally planned to pick it up myself, but lacked transportation. Upon learning of my situation, a young woman from the store took the initiative to ride her bike to retrieve it. Such customer-friendly service, I highly recommend. Third point of satisfaction: When we checked out the next day, the owner offered to help with our belongings and even heated up half a bun for my child. Excellent service, I highly recommend. A few complaints: 1. The afternoon tea, complimentary with our reservation, was served in the dining hall. During our meal, the staff, apparently unaware of the situation, occupied a seat to the side. This was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Also, because my child was playing on the wooden horse, we didn't finish our coffee, orange juice, and cake. The staff had to rush us two or three times, which was a very poor experience. 2. We came for the hotel's ambiance and accommodations, but the owner spent the entire evening tidying plants, flushing water, and arranging flowers in the common area, severely impacting the use of the public areas and making the stay extremely uneconomical. Furthermore, the balcony was infested with mosquitoes, and the owner failed to provide any advance warning or other assistance. Overall, the owner was welcoming and provided excellent service, but the attention to detail was completely unacceptable for a hotel costing nearly 1,000 yuan per room. The lack of consideration for the guests clearly reflected their unprofessionalism.
