Early Morning Time Hotel (Dali Ancient City South Gate)

Facilities: The room came with a projector, smart toilet, Xiao Du voice control, and automatic curtains. There was also a refrigerator. Very complete and convenient. Hygiene: The bathroom was spacious, and the room was very clean and tidy. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom were arranged in order, which was very thoughtful for guests. Environment: Located on the fifth floor, the public space is very convenient, great for taking photos with the general public. There are washing and drying machines, and fitness equipment. Service: The receptionist was very welcoming and smiled. A few hours before check-in, they called to inform me they had upgraded my room. I also wanted to see what my original room was like, and the staff didn't mind showing me around. They were very patient. I was so satisfied that I decided to stay an extra night. In my haste, I paid for the same night's room again, and only found out when the staff told me after I went out. Luckily, they re-adjusted it for me. Thank you to the two staff members who helped me check in, I was in such a rush that I forgot their names. When I went out early in the morning, I decided to stay two more nights, and thankfully, the morning staff member #Li Yue told me where to book faster and cheaper, and also provided me with information on where to see cherry blossoms and how to rent an electric scooter. Thank you to her. This morning's breakfast was also delicious, and both the housekeeping and breakfast staff were very attentive. It was Christmas Eve when I checked in, and I received a small Christmas gift. It was very heartwarming. Thank you all.

What a fantastic experience! We arrived early on a morning flight, around 9 AM, and the front desk upgraded our room, allowing us to catch up on some much-needed sleep until the afternoon. The room was incredibly spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and that lounge chair was exceptionally comfortable. The staff brought us drinks and coffee every day, and even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. Breakfast had everything you'd expect; my partner had a bowl of ersi (rice noodles) every morning, and I absolutely loved the radish and pork rib soup! Oh, and I particularly enjoyed their fifth-floor terrace – sunbathing there was incredibly relaxing. I went up there every day to just lie in the sun. They also had a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel! The location is superb, making it very easy to get around. The rooftop observation deck offers a beautiful view, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a truly comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

Very satisfied, so I extended my stay for another day! The buffet breakfast was abundant, and the coffee was freshly ground and smelled amazing!

Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and hygienic options. You can also watch the sunrise from the rooftop viewing platform. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Even though I was woken up at 2 AM by the sound of someone showering next door, the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's service were generally good. Oh, and they even give you a small gift when you check out!
