This guesthouse left me with a feeling of genuine service and a hassle-free stay. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly. Whenever we had questions, they were very patient and helpful. What stood out the most was on checkout day when it was raining heavily. I thought moving luggage in that weather would be a nightmare, but they still braved the rain to help us with our bags, without making any excuses because of the weather. That really touched me. They were also very knowledgeable about the local area. Even with specific travel questions, they provided useful advice. For example, they'd tell us where to go, where to conveniently rent an electric scooter, or recommended local restaurants. This saved us a lot of time researching and avoiding potential pitfalls. The room itself was excellent. It looked quite new overall, with a simple yet stylish decor. It was actually more comfortable than I expected. The hygiene was top-notch; the bedding, bathroom, and everything else was very clean. The room was well-equipped with amenities, covering pretty much all daily needs. There was nothing to worry about during this stay, especially the impressive front desk service. They weren't artificially enthusiastic, but when you needed help, they genuinely solved your problems. Coupled with the high quality of the room itself, the overall experience was excellent.

The room itself was generally quite good. The afternoon tea was lovely and cozy, and coffee could be ordered at any time. The common areas were well-appointed. The next day, it was drizzling, and eating breakfast street-side with a coffee felt incredibly pleasant.

The room was acceptable, but the fatal flaw was that the hotel's breakfast rice noodles were contaminated with Salmonella. My companion only had two bites but quickly experienced abdominal pain and diarrhea. I, however, finished the entire bowl, which led to severe acute gastroenteritis. It's been seven hours and forty minutes since I ate breakfast, and I'm still suffering from repeated vomiting and diarrhea, occurring almost every half an hour. The hotel toilet was problematic from the moment we checked in, and completely stopped flushing after I fell ill. After a second diagnosis, I had to go to the hospital for electrolyte replenishment to avoid dehydration and collapse, which resulted in my trip being canceled. However, the hotel was willing to provide hot water and show concern, which was a small comfort and something to be grateful for. But the infection and severe pain caused by the **** are unforgivable.

This guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! The service, facilities, and location are all top-notch. The three young staff members provided incredibly thoughtful service, and having breakfast delivered to the room was a brilliant touch. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The service was excellent and very welcoming! The location is also quite good and convenient, right inside Dali Ancient City. The room was spacious and came with a balcony, perfect for relaxing and chatting. The breakfast was very rich. Thanks to the owner.

This is truly the best B&B I've ever stayed in. From the welcome fruit, afternoon tea, to breakfast – unlimited coffee and floral tea refills every day! They even gave milk to the kids who couldn't handle spice before bed. I originally only booked two days, but ended up extending my stay. The B&B's butlers and staff are all incredibly warm and genuine, and there are two little dogs who make their appearance every evening. The kids didn't want to leave!

The B&B offers great service, and its convenient location provides easy access to everything you need. The environment is also very pleasant.

The soundproofing wasn't great. There was a noisy child next door who kept us up late, but that's not the guesthouse's fault. On the plus side, the service was good, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. Overall, it's a decent choice.

After staying for one day, I extended my stay for three more! I think this hotel offered the best value for money and was the best hotel of this trip. The front desk and entrance are beautifully designed! The staff, including the younger ones, are all very helpful, enthusiastic, and polite! There's coffee and tea available every day, and it's quite good. There's also afternoon tea and pastries – I only remembered to take a photo after I'd finished eating. The location inside the old city is convenient for getting anywhere. I didn't leave the old city these past few days! The room isn't big, but it's still quite comfortable!
