1.房間很小，設施老舊，危險（割掉我的手指一塊肉）被子有一股味道，衞生間非常擁擠，蓮蓬頭一開噴的滿衞生間都是。所謂海景房，也是看別的矮房子的屋頂。床頭沒有充電孔，衹有兩個在電視旁，且不説不夠充電吧，你為什麼不告訴客人，充電孔不是一直有電的，要在床頭把電視電源打開才能充電呢，充幾個小時一口電沒有充個寂寞。小哥服務不錯，人很樸實客氣，前台姑娘態度很差。總體來講不建議大家入住，環境差還有受傷危險，具體事情寫在後麪2.掛毛巾的地方特別鋒利，直接割掉我一塊肉，浴巾，睡衣都是血，前台給了創口貼止不住血，我們自己叫了外賣碘伏消毒，這錢還是最後我們找店家報銷的，怎麼説也是酒店設施問題讓我受傷了，全程前台姑娘沒有一句抱歉，絲毫沒有歉意，中間過來看了一下我的手啥也沒説就走了。3.酒店車進不去，行李不好拖：酒店在古城裡麪，距離南門要走400米左右，古城都是哪種疙裏疙瘩的石板路，行李箱根本無法通行，更何況我一個人有兩個行李箱，打電話讓酒店工作人員來接，前台姑娘很不情願的樣子，態度不太好，最後在我們強硬要求下，等了很久是小哥過來接的，態度挺不錯。4.酒店無電梯，行李要自己搬上樓：我們兩個女生，每個人都是大行李箱，我朋友還在發燒，前台給我們安排在三樓，我們跟前台姑娘説需要找人幫忙提到三樓或者給我們安排一樓的客房，前台説無法安排到一樓也不太好幫忙搬上去，我火蹭一下上來了，幫客人接行李不是每個民宿該有的服務嗎，甚至有些民宿還有接送機，如果你説你是酒店沒有這個服務，那酒店是不是該有電梯呢。後來我説我朋友發燒，我們提不到三樓，前台姑娘説一共三個能不能自己提一個，我説不能，旅行那麼累，選酒店就是要省心住的舒服，我還要受罪把行李提到三樓不是很可笑嗎。後來又是剛開始的小哥幫忙提上去的，服務很好，這前台我很無語

這家酒店提供了出色的服務和設施、當時也是隨便訂的、入住後發現性價比還是蠻高的！
環境很好👍、到處都感覺寬敞明亮、而且還有很多的字畫、每個角落都充滿詩情畫意、以及露台的風景都很不錯😀
設施也很好👍、包括酒店外不管到哪兒玩都很方便！而且還有贈送的酒吧體驗服務、都是很不錯的

這家酒店很不錯，尤其是前台小哥哥，太帥了，傳説中的人中龍鳳。房間温暖舒適，窗外風景宜人。地理位置絕佳，位於碼頭附近，離海邊也不遠，周圍不管是吃喝玩樂，拍照等等都非常方便。
性價比很高，在民宿裏看藍天白雲，或日出日落（我們房間是直接可以躺床上看日落的哦，嘿嘿）大自然饋贈的美景猶如一幅掛畫。民宿與這裏的“風，花，雪，月”完美融合，美不勝收。

酒店的地理位置非常便利，周圍有好多的商店和餐館可以選擇。酒店門口離海邊衹有一分鐘的路程，而且楊麗萍的太陽宮和月亮宮也就在酒店附近，去參觀也非常方便，酒店可以隨便是位於雙廊最熱鬧的位置了，但是一點也不覺得吵鬧，晚上休息非常安靜（主要是酒店太寬闊了，哈哈哈），因為是行程安排，所以衹住了一晚，下次再來一定要多住幾天。

這家酒店的服務非常值得稱讚，，員工們非常熱情友好，，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，，房間也非常乾淨舒適，佈局陳設也非常有品味，不同於千篇一律的風格，讓人有一種別緻的感覺，帶孩子過來的，小孩子也非常喜歡，一直喜歡去和前台小姐姐玩耍，前台小姐姐還送了小孩子糖果，其他員工也給我們留下了非常好的印象，是這次大理之行的一個回憶~~

衞生：很乾凈，樓道非常寬敞明亮，房間還有淡淡的香薰的味道
環境：酒店非常大氣，有好多玉配，以及字畫，看得出老闆是一位非常有韻味的人

超級棒的酒店！此行訂的最舒適的酒店。酒店服務很貼心，體驗感拉滿，還沒到停車場，就有人在停車場等我們幫忙接行李，還很熱情的向我們介紹附近好吃的，好玩的。一點沒有踩坑，而且四樓的露台晚霞超級美，拍了好多美美的照片。推薦推薦，下次一定還要去！！

服務非常好，酒店提前一天就會確認入住時間，這一家酒店把温馨的感覺發揮到極致，給人一種温暖寧靜的感覺自然光給予建築生命，車水馬龍忙忙碌碌的城市裡，當喧囂成為日常，人總容易焦慮，因此，人們或許忽略了窗邊射入的光斑，或水面蕩漾的波紋，或別有一番風味的風情，都對緊綳的神經產生着沖擊，坐在露台感受水天一色的變換，整個畫面和空間都屬於自己，有一種悠閑而愜意的幸福感！

就在月光裏停車場旁邊，門面很大，樓下就是古鎮洱海旁的酒吧街，晚上也很安靜，小哥很熱情，服務很周到。酒店樓上的天台景色很美！
