We booked the family room as two couples between 20 to 22 Apr and we could not have chosen a better accommodation. SERVICE - This was my virgin Chinese hospitality experience and I experienced the care and warmth I'd only expect from family, from the managing staff. They checked in ahead with me when my train got delayed to make sure my pick up from the rail station was taken care of, offered to adjust the breakfast menu if we had dietary restrictions, and even went out of their way to bring snacks to our rooms. Shout out to our male counter staff who shared openly about food recommendations, landmarks for cabbing and other little titbits if information that made our visit very memorable. Amenities - the villa was built in with smart home features that are voice controlled. Things from light, music, curtains were all voice controlled and it felt very futuristic. Location - situated near the Erhailake itself and only 10mins from the railway means flexibility to explore both the north and south banks of the lake.
