In such a big chain hotel, there are no screens on the windows. I felt dry when I slept in the middle of the night, so I opened the curtains and opened the windows to let in some air. There were no screens, so mosquitoes came in. They kept buzzing all night, and I couldn't sleep. Lots of bites!

It's a rubbish hotel. The front desk service is really rubbish and it's still a four-star hotel. What kind of attitude does it have? He's going to die if he checks in like I begged him to do. It was my first time choosing Lavande Hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean. There is a large floor-to-ceiling glass balcony after the elevator. What I like most is that the bathroom also has facilities for drying clothes. The staff also upgraded our room for free. The original breakfast for 2 people was also given 2 more breakfasts because there were 4 of us. The cleaning sister is very considerate and must be praised. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Dali.
