This hotel is located within the ancient town. The hotel butler helped us with our luggage to the pick-up point for both check-in and check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful service! The hotel's sea view is unbeatable; my mom and I took so many beautiful photos. After checking in, the hotel butler also provided a list of delicious restaurants in town. Afternoon tea and a sweet soup in the evening were also provided, which was such a nice touch! My mom and I had a fantastic experience! Definitely worth five stars!

It’s been a pleasant two-days stay at Yuntianhai. The hotel offers seaview, and is located in an easily accessible alley, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the didi pick up/drop off area in Shuanglang Ancient Town. The staff, especially 炜全, provided great service and efficiently provided assistance. He was already waiting for me at the drop off area upon my arrival in Shuanglang, and gave great breakfast recommendation based on the hotel selections during my stay. The hotel gives off a very peaceful and zen vibe that’s suitable for those who prefer a quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The room is clean, cozy and breakfast was yummy too. I’ve had a very comfortable and cozy stay here, will be back next time 😊

The hotel boasts a fantastic ambiance. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making you feel perfectly at ease the moment you step inside. The view from the room is also absolutely stunning, making it an excellent spot for memorable photos.

My family and I visited Dali this time, and we had an extremely pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, the breakfast spread was generous, and they even offered complimentary afternoon tea. We arrived too late to enjoy the afternoon tea on our first day, but they kindly offered it to us even after we had checked out on the second day! They also helped us with our luggage. But the absolute best part was the weather – it was incredibly comfortable. Sitting on the balcony every day, enjoying the sea breeze, was pure bliss. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends!

I found the room so inviting on this trip that I didn't leave for three days! It boasted a stunning 270-degree panoramic view, with Erhai Lake literally right outside the door. The entire living environment was incredibly therapeutic and restorative. The hotel's complimentary daily afternoon tea was also a very thoughtful touch.

I specifically booked a lakefront room type that advertised a swing. What truly stood out was the communal swing at this property, which is uniquely positioned right over Erhai Lake. It was absolutely fantastic to sit there, watch the sunset, and feel the gentle lake breeze – pure bliss!

This is a genuine first-row lake view room. The restaurant is located directly below, offering fantastic views of Erhai Lake, and there's a lovely waterside platform right at the hotel's entrance. The hotel facilities are excellent. My first-floor room featured a floor-to-ceiling glass wall, providing an unbeatable lake view, and the second floor also boasted an outdoor viewing balcony. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the service quality was top-notch. For those driving, it's very convenient, with parking available in the town's public car park.

We were also lucky enough to catch the local Bai Torch Festival. The entire Shuanglang Ancient Town was ablaze with fireworks, and the evening bonfire party truly brought the atmosphere to its peak. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to soak in some vibrant festival atmosphere!

Directly on Erhai Lake, I fell asleep to the soothing sound of waves. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The personalized butler service was truly thoughtful; despite my bulky luggage, they went above and beyond, not only coming to meet me but also helping to transport it to my next hotel!

This hotel is great! The surroundings are truly beautiful and incredibly refreshing. My only small gripe was the number of mosquitoes. However, the staff were absolutely outstanding. They helped us with our luggage every time we got into or out of the car, and promptly attended to every single need we had. Their service was top-notch and genuinely impressive. We had a superb experience overall! Definitely give them a big thumbs up.

This was hands down the most comfortable room I've stayed in Dali. The only minor inconvenience is the transportation; as it's located within Shuanglang Ancient Town, cars generally can't access it directly, but the walk isn't too far. Shuanglang Ancient Town is right on your doorstep, and the room itself is excellent. You can see Erhai Lake directly from the bed, as the guesthouse is located right by the lake. The balcony is great for photos. They provide daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and a nightly sweet treat. If I visit Dali again, I'd definitely hope to stay in a guesthouse like this.

The room was truly great, offering a fantastic sea view right from the bed, and thankfully, none of that unpleasant smell you sometimes find by the water's edge. Hotel service was good. Breakfast was a set menu with customizable options, and afternoon tea was also provided. However, a heads-up if you're considering their travel photography service: the photographers take so many wonderful shots that you'll be sorely tempted to buy them all! 🤭

The lake view rooms in Shuanglang are the real deal. I've stayed on the east and west sides before, but there was always a road separating the rooms from the lake. Only Shuanglang's lake view rooms truly put you right by Erhai Lake. You can spend an entire afternoon just sipping coffee on the balcony, gazing at Erhai Lake, with no need to go anywhere else. While Shuanglang may not be ideal for extensive sightseeing, it's definitely the ultimate choice for unwinding and a relaxing getaway. The water right where Lan Yue is located is crystal clear, and the views are expansive. The staff are warm and attentive; staying here is an absolute pleasure.
