Who knows that there is a large water tank on the roof (see Figure 1) but we didn’t know that my mother had high blood pressure at night and took medicine to lower it. The noise went downstairs to find my little brother. He said that he didn’t know what the sound was. He gave the earplugs, but it basically didn’t work. He also suggested changing the room, but my mother was already lying down, and since he said he didn’t know the reason, what if I changed it, it would be useless, so I didn’t. I didn’t fall asleep until 2:00 in the morning. After 6:00 in the morning, it started to ring again. I went out and walked far away before I saw the water tank on our roof (Picture 1). Because my mother didn’t rest well and her blood pressure didn’t drop, we had to change rooms. Cancel the chartered car, cancel the itinerary, change the ticket and go home early. I don’t know if the store has a reasonable compensation. The store’s solution is to let us stay in another room on the 2nd floor for free, but it is not guaranteed to be quiet, so we changed to another one. How should I put it? My little brother’s attitude is okay. Maybe it’s because I’ve been here not long ago and I don’t know about this problem? I asked him if no one responded? He said that this store has been open for 20 years, and he has never heard of anyone responding to the noise problem... Later, he asked another lady who said that she had a similar problem and has improved a little, but I don't think the effect is up to standard The sound insulation of the whole house is poor. The sound is almost the same when the door is closed. In addition, there is a problem with the water tank. Anyone in the whole building uses water. We can hear the noise above our heads... I hope the store will be honest and remind the residents or solve this problem as soon as possible There are also pictures with beautifying ingredients, the glass is dirty, and the towels are not clean (Picture 2). Say... this picture p is too exaggerated (picture 3) I have never given such a low evaluation, but it is also very objective. I have also written out the way to solve the problem.
