Our room is cosy and has a balcony that faces the lake and able to see the sun rise in autumn. The hotel has great photography setting for Instagram post. Breakfast is ok but staff is friendly and helpful that makes up for it.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Every corner of the hotel shows art. The butler in charge of our room was very enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage as well as suggesting good restaurants.

The hotel view was amazing and stunning facing to lake views with sunrise .the hotel also provided transport to pick us from car parks .the staff was friendly and helpful . 管家小郝who arranged the transport and helpful staff.hope come back to Dali soon.love the environment and atmosphere here ❤️

Hotel provides pick up service and you are being taken care by the staff during your stay. Nice view from the hotel but some of the amenities is a bit old. The hotel need to be refurbished or touch up.

Very good location 5 minutes walk to main area. Very good service by housekeeper xiao hao. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast, tea time and night dessert is great. Very easy accessible. We enjoyed our time here. They have transport service to pick you up at the main road and also sending you to nearby places. Highly recommended.

amazing stay, the staff were so helpful from bringing me to the hotel, tea and breakfast service to personally guiding me so i wouldn’t get lost. Clean bedsheets as well, and an amazing ocean view. Would come here again! Gentle reminder to bring insect repellent just in case too
