I only saw this gift when I was writing a review. 2️⃣No one offered me the so-called coffee voucher, and I didn’t even notice it without writing a review. Cleanliness: Very bad. There were fallen leaves when entering the room. The small balcony was also very dirty. The floor was particularly dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned properly. Environment: Noise pollution is serious, the room is not soundproof at all, and the sound of men and women nearby dragging suitcases or joking all night can be heard. It is not close to the ancient city pedestrian street, and the way to the pedestrian street is full of all kinds of tricycles, tourist buses, and electric vehicles, which is very dangerous. Service: The staff's service attitude is still good and very enthusiastic. They also help to drag luggage from the Boai Gate (the hotel uses tricycles to drag luggage, and people can only walk to the hotel. Fortunately, it is not far away and can be reached in two or three minutes). Experience of staying here It was so bad that I only stayed for one night. The staff helped deliver the luggage to the new accommodation the next day. but! ! ! ! ! ! When checking in, the two people at the front desk had a very strong nasal voice, which sounded like they had a bad cold. However, they did not wear masks, which made people feel very unhygienic. Facilities: There are no facilities, they are old, old, rotten and poor. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked, the sink pipes were exposed, and there was mold on the edge of the sink. Not even a guest house. This room is not even a twin room at all. The buttons are still pressed by the mattress. What's going on? ? ? Big disappointment! ! !
