My family of ten had a very pleasant stay. Loved the view from the apartment. Location was convenient with supermarket and rows of restaurants downstairs. Easy to get didi too. Communication with the landlord was smooth. Cleanliness had room for improvement as there were visible dust balls in some rooms. Other than that, everything was great.

This is the best accommodation I had during my trip to Yunnan.
The owner welcome us at the gate, and arranged pickup from the railway station as well.
She's replying 24/7 so kudos to the service.
I texted her asking for medical kit and it's delivered in 10mins.
The unit is exactly as the photos displayed, superb view!
Tv has membership subscribe so you can stay home all day! I will definitely book this place for my next visit.
The bathroom's shower kits are so nice that I'm gonna buy it from taobao as well🤣

This time I stayed in three B&Bs in Dali and Lijiang. This was the first one and the only one I felt bad about. The room is not worth the price in the first place, I don’t know how they got such good reviews. In addition, first of all, if you book online, you are asked to pay a deposit of 500 on site. Other places have never mentioned a deposit. Second, it is not safe if there are children. We two adults brought two children, especially since the balcony windows of the two rooms are so low and open. I responded and said it couldn’t be opened to a large size. I took pictures and said that it could be opened in such a size and asked him to handle it. He also said that he had never heard anyone else say that. After talking for a long time, he said that he would arrange for a master to handle it. We booked two nights and asked for a refund. One night, I still didn’t agree. Then I went to another house to see the window problem, and they took care of it and made it safe. Speechless.
