The front desk staff were incredibly attentive. The room was clean, tidy, and had no strange odors. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, including a large shopping mall and a Walmart. The underground passage isn't finished yet, so you have to use the pedestrian bridge.

The customer service was great, and the location is close to the square. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. We had a family room, and there are many bubble tea shops and places to explore and eat nearby. It's about an 8-minute walk to the square.

This is a great hotel in a good location, easy to find. The room was very clean and well-arranged, with comfortable amenities. Breakfast was quite generous, and the lady at the front desk with glasses provided excellent service. The free coffee at the front desk is a definite bonus!

The front desk service was warm and attentive; they not only patiently answered all our questions about sightseeing routes but also proactively helped us plan our itinerary, which made us feel really welcomed. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, it offers great value for money, and it was a very pleasant stay for our family with children.
