Arcadia Yunjinyue Hotel

The hotel is very close to the North Gate of Dali Ancient City, offering a quiet and elegant stay. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, and cozy. The hotel staff, both ladies and gentlemen, provide exceptionally warm service. The desserts delivered in the evening were delicious. The hotel's design concept is innovative, and the flowers are lush and beautiful. Breakfast is very rich and plentiful. Staying here feels like being in a paradise on earth. I really love this hotel.

I stayed in two room types, and the Tower View room offered exceptional value for money. The bathtub was huge, and I could see the three towers and the garden right from the balcony, which was very relaxing. The butler service throughout my stay was excellent, arranging many activities. The daily afternoon tea and desserts were also fantastic. Occasionally, there were minor issues with cleanliness, but once I mentioned them, housekeeping promptly came to tidy up. All the staff members were incredibly enthusiastic. The hotel's small viewing platform made it super convenient to take those popular rooftop photos. The hotel's courtyard also had a strong Chinese design aesthetic. I hope the activity descriptions could be more detailed, and it would be perfect if the hairdryers were replaced with more powerful ones. I will definitely be back to stay again!

The room was really big, spacious, and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. If I had woken up early, I could have seen the sunrise, but unfortunately, I slept in and missed it – what a waste of those amazing windows! The decor is a lovely mix of modern and Chinese styles, and the overall experience was great. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Dali! A truly satisfying stay! The hotel rooms are fantastic, and the balcony offers breathtaking views of the misty Cangshan mountains. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile for guests. A special shout-out to the manager, who is as kind-hearted as she is beautiful. A big thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful. And a quick tip: the wontons at the hotel restaurant are absolutely delicious!

The location is at the North Gate of the Ancient City. I chose the North Gate because there's a North City Farmers' Market nearby, which I highly recommend visiting. After shopping there, I bought some fruits and wild mushrooms, and the hotel manager kindly helped us cook a mushroom hotpot. It was much fresher and more delicious than the frozen mushrooms you get at restaurants outside. The hotel has great views and is very quiet. The person in picture six is the manager, she's super friendly and helpful – you can't go wrong asking her for anything. It's suitable for family trips; you can rent electric scooters right outside the hotel to visit various farms, the Cangshan cable car, and Wuwu Temple. An electric scooter is perfectly sufficient!

Felt so comfortable as soon as I arrived at Arcardia! The butlers' service was amazing too! I told a staff member I had a cold, and she immediately offered to make me ginger and brown sugar tea! So touching! The afternoon tea and turndown service were also a lovely touch. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Old City's North Gate. The manager and butler were very welcoming and helpful, which was a big plus. The room was large and tidy, but the bed was too soft – it practically collapsed when you sat on it. The lighting was a bit dim, and a few lights weren't working. On our last night, three large mosquitoes found their way into the room 🤦‍♀️

The hotel's location and environment are excellent, very close to the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and the north gate of the ancient city. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even offered a complimentary goodnight dessert. All the staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the hairdryer.
