The butler Xiao He is very enthusiastic and considerate, introducing surrounding attractions and food. He helped with luggage throughout the check-in and check-out process. The room is fully equipped with Hansgrohe bathroom, Dyson hair dryer, floor heating and air conditioning. A very good experience.

This is my second time staying at Songyun Hotel in Dali. The Santorini style of the hotel is very eye-catching and luxurious as always. There is a swimming pool at the door of the room, and Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake are right outside the door. The environment is very good, and you can take pictures no matter how you take them. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The hotel breakfast rice noodles are very rich. The housekeeper Cai Cai is online and will deliver in time when you need it. The service was thoughtful. The overall architecture of the hotel is very distinctive, suitable for taking pictures, very good photos, and Santorini, the Aegean Sea, Greece, is very beautiful. But as the name suggests, it is a cliff hotel, there is no elevator, and you need to climb stairs to go up and down, which is more physically demanding. In general, it is a pleasant accommodation experience, good memories, and I will come again if I am destined to.
