Crystal Orange (Dali Erhai Park)

The room was spacious and the beds were big enough, very clean and comfortable for two adults and two children. It's perfect for family trips. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and greeted us warmly.

The service was excellent, and the location is super convenient for getting anywhere. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. The gym facilities are well-equipped. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay – highly recommended!

The room was spotless, and I really liked the tatami area. The front desk staff were all very warm and helpful. Breakfast on the 9th floor of the hotel offered beautiful, picturesque views. The food ingredients were high-quality and very satisfying. Erhai Park is super close to the hotel and definitely worth visiting. Overall, the hotel has an excellent location.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients. The restaurant staff, especially the 'dajie' (a friendly term for an older woman), provided excellent service. Plus, it's incredibly close to both the high-speed train station and the airport.

This was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at on this trip. Parking and EV charging were super convenient. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, provided excellent service. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping aunties I met upstairs were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The room was spacious and clean. It was also convenient to get to Dali Ancient City by taxi. Although the room was close to the road, it was still relatively quiet. Overall, I was quite satisfied and it would be my first choice next time I visit.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the airport and train station (be sure to book two hours in advance!). The front desk staff are lovely and very enthusiastic; they'll even tell you all about the local attractions and great places to eat. Breakfast is served on the top floor in a restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful view. 👍👍👍
