每年都出門旅行，這是送出去的第一個差評。原因如下：1.老闆不誠實。我們一家5口早晨到店，行李寄存後出門遊玩，中午又到店一次。老闆説客人沒退房，我們不能辦入住。事實是房間的水和地板有問題不能住。2.態度很惡劣。晚上9點多我們到店辦入住，被帶到另一個小房間。我花了近兩千塊定的是家庭房，小房間睡不下。爭論了一下，男老闆態度極差，張口就叫我們滾，聲稱**客棧多，資產幾個億，不靠你這點房錢。還有其他過分的言語。3.夫妻唱雙簧。我們決定退房，但是攜程平台已經不能退。男老闆説他們個人退給我。於是我們又訂了另一間民宿，下樓準備收到退款離開，女老闆阻攔， 聲稱要解決問題。結果跟男老闆兩個人吵架吵的很兇，讓我們無所適從。女老闆態度同樣很惡劣，叫我們去找平台退。忍氣吞聲之後，全家人勉強湊合了一晚，地板壞了，水龍頭放出來的水滿是雜質。這家客棧宛如黑店，價格都是自己想賣多少賣多少，態度惡劣粗暴，想退房離開也休想。
