The room itself is spacious, clean, and beautiful, with excellent facilities, including an independent washer and dryer, making for a very comfortable and convenient stay. My friend and I absolutely loved relaxing here, lying down to watch the sea, and enjoying a beautiful afternoon tea 🍵. It was so comfortable and relaxing that we didn't want to leave all day. The service was truly exceptional – so thoughtful and attentive!

The location right by Erhai Lake is perfect – private yet peaceful. Stepping into the room, you're greeted by a breathtaking 270-degree sea view. The expansive vista allows you to soak in the beauty of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake from every angle, whether you're relaxing in bed or in the bathtub. The scenery, especially in the mornings and evenings, is incredibly therapeutic. The room's design is elegantly minimalistic, and it was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors or forgotten corners. It's fully equipped with smart home features, including a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and incredibly comfortable bedding. The butler service was outstanding – attentive and quick to respond. Breakfast was exquisite, and they even provided afternoon tea and a sweet dessert soup for bedtime. The public areas are so picturesque; every photo turns out beautifully, and the 4th-floor viewing deck is a must-visit. On the 3rd floor, there's a laundry room with a dryer, as well as children's toys and books. We even played 'Ludo' in the room one evening, making the whole family feel comfortable and happy. It's truly an ideal place for a vacation. We'll definitely book here again next time!

The butler service was also excellent; since we had an early departure, they kindly arranged for an early breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's location is also fantastic, right near Erhai Lake. Every morning, opening the curtains to see the lake was simply breathtaking. Getting around was convenient too, with ride-sharing services able to drop us off right at the hotel entrance. The only minor inconvenience is a short flight of stairs to enter and exit the hotel, but the butler helps with luggage, so it wasn't a problem for us. However, it might be a bit challenging for guests with mobility issues. All in all, it's a great hotel with excellent service.

Opening the window revealed a view that was healing to the core. ✨ We had an unobstructed 270° sea view, perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breeze. Watching Cangshan Mountain reflect in Erhai Lake while soaking in the bathtub, seeing the sunset... it was all incredible. The toiletries were Dyson and L'Occitane, adding an extra touch of comfort and luxury. The 24-hour butler service was very attentive, providing daily welcome fruits and a double afternoon tea. The rooftop pool and spiral staircase were perfect for snapping amazing photos (just remember to avoid going at midday; evenings are much more photogenic and romantic).
